Tristan Taormino gives plenty of great information on each of the positions, as well as sex positions in general, and makes the subject interesting for those who are feeling a little lost and trying to find ways to spice things up as well as self-proclaimed experts who are trying to make sure they haven't missed a position. The DVD is all the more impressive due to having a full scene from each of the couples in the movie without any narration as well as a pair of bonus scenes.
