PB was launched and owned by a rich Ukrainian, Boris/Borys Malynovskyi, and he hired Torbe as director.

I think that Boris was the creator of the beatiful image shawn in the old PB shoots, where the girls where dressed with elegant, classy and sexy lingerie
Both Torbe and Ukrainian partner Boris are still keen to carry on as before, and hopefully a workaround can be found.
