Kelly the Coed Part 6: Double Secret Probation is a new low for the Kelly the Coed series from Heatwave. Not only is this effort lazier than previous entries, significant portions of the movie have portions of the screen removed with purposely done pixelated out portions of the screen. Heatwave has done a lackluster job with the release to boot.
