Hart The Short Story Initial Expectations: Ive been pretty impressed with this series. Im looking forward to this one. Initial Reaction: Its another very nice addition to the series. Who Should Watch It : Anybody curious about bondage or who wants it with a loving feeling Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting mean-spirited bondage The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is okay. Its a bit hollow in spots, and theres frequent traffic noises. The traffic stays nicely in the background, and is constant enough that at first I thought somebody put in ocean sounds for some odd reason. Unfortunately, the traffic is a bit louder than the music, but at least there arent any car horns. The video is also okay. Theres a little grain and a few minor shadows, but it isnt nearly as bad as most bondage features.
