In the fallout of a full-scale nuclear war, only a post-Apocalyptic world divided between two rival groups, the "Breeders" and the "Population", remains. Constantly on the run and fearing for their lives, the former are the only ones capable of repopulating the planet, while the latter are a sterile gang of evil misfits intent on both dominating and stopping them...and it seems that only a white-clad man from the future is capable of saving the day. Such is the case in the aptly-titled film, "Breeders", a very good, 1996 release from Metro and director Brad Armstrong.
