Performers Of The Year 2016

Release date: 6/7/2016
Reviewed on: 7/7/2016

Studio: Elegant Angel

Starring: Mick Blue, Prince Yahshua, Vicki Chase, Kleio Valentien, Riley Reid, Anikka Albrite, AJ Applegate, Markus Dupree, Adriana Chechik, Keisha Grey
Directed by: Derek Dozer

Review brief: Few things before I get into the actual review, they misspelled Anikka's name on the box cover and the DVD menus. Also the whole missing Adriana and Vicki on the cover seems wrong, but it seems to happen with all of these Performers and Best New Starlets movies, but maybe it's just me. So now that I have gotten that out of the way, let's dive into the review. And much like the Best New Starlets movie, the lady who actually won the award got outdone by a few people in this one, and it should be no surprise that Adriana was one of them. You can say that Riley was at a disadvantage as Adriana had two cocks to play with, and even Kleio and Keisha had the advantage of a threesome with Prince. You would think they would stack the favor with the winner, but maybe that's just me. And I think in the battle of the New Starlets vs Performers of the Year 2016, I give the advantage to....The Veterans. Cum for Adriana and be sure and stick around for Kleio and Keisha.

Review brief: I've been a long fan of this series, and pretty much a given purchase every year, always guaranteed a great cast of ladies, the newbies in the industry and I believe a few times the freshman class outdid the veterans. So I look forward to seeing who wins this year, so stay tuned for that. I will say that even though Abella walked away with the award this past year, she was sort of thrown from the spotlight by a few other scenes in this one. Yes a few scenes had two ladies in it, so she's at a little disadvantage in that aspect. But you can' t deny how great the pairing of Cassidy, Megan and Mick was. Heck, even some love for the other GGB scene as well, with Katrina. Morgan and Prince giving us a nice finale. I'd say cum for Cassidy and Megan, and be sure to stick around for Katrina and Morgan. I know it's not fair, but who doesn't think three is a better number than two.

Review brief: My track record with Airerose has been kind of meh overall. A few technical stuff ruined some for me, but I always hope that things will improve as more movies come out. With this series, I was sort of going into this particular volume in the hopes of enjoying some Piper and Sydney, but as I stated in the review, I really think Amara really shined in this one. I am pretty sure I have another installment of this series in my pile to review, so we shall see how things are going after that one as well.

Review brief: As the dust clears from another fun year of AVN voting, I couldn't think of a better movie to get back into the swing of reviews. And lucky for me, I had to re-watch another showcase movie of this lovely lady, Meet Aidra, which I absolutely loved and gave plenty of voting love for. But a year later, Elegant Angel is giving us Aidra fans, this spotlight/showcase movie, Aidra Fox is Slutwoman. I will say that there is one downside to coming off the AVN fury of movies, for the most part I've seen the best that last year had to offer, and that may make my expectations a little higher going in. But with the return of Elegant Angel and slowly getting back to the good ole days, somewhat and of course with Aidra, that smile and dimples to go along with that great body and sexual energy, how can you not be excited. We do get a few firsts in this one, blowbang and DP, and don't get me wrong they were good, but considering we have a movie called Slutwoman, it seemed a little tame for the most par

Review brief: I am going to start off by saying that I wasn't familiar with the legendary series this is based on, so I am not really sure what to expect going in. And I will say that even though this got nominated for an AVN, bigger surprise that none of the scenes got nominated individually. Had a decent start with Bonnie and Kleio, but fell a little flat with the threesome, but luckily things picked up, really no surprise with the great cast of ladies ending this one. If you like your lesbian sex, a little on the dirty side, with lots of toys and oils, and of course, plenty of booty holes filled, it's worth checking out, just not sure it's a must own. Just a little issue, the outfits the wonderful finale is wearing on the cover, not the same that they are wearing in the scene, just an observation.

Review brief: I always look forward to the Performers and New Starlet showcases from Elegant Angel, and I am glad to see they are back after some time off. And in my experience it's not always the Performers one that gets a better review, sometimes the rookies beat the veterans. But when it comes to 2015, I have to say that I'm giving the advantage to the vets this year. This is a nice showcase, but just a few moments of some rather blah and vanilla sex, nothing I won't remember or revisit, most likely. But it's not terrible either, I would say the highlights are the opening scene with Carter and of course the GG scene with Aidra and August. So not completely horrible, as this one is going to find a spot in my collection next to the previous editions and of course, one that I am going to get signed at AVN by as many of the ladies as I can.

Review brief: It seems all is right in the world once again, I used to look forward to Superstar September from Elegant Angel. We would get some amazing showcase movies, that would be bookmarked by the great Performers of the Year and Best New Starlet showcases. After some time off, I happy to say they are back and once again, even with a different person behind the camera, we still get a great collection of ladies and some great sex scenes. A nice mix of scene, we have two hot GG scenes, some IR, and some anal play as well. I will say that there are a few surprises that are missing from a few of the scenes, just some things you would expect in a scene with a particular lady. And I think those little things are why this didn't get a perfect score from me. But let's now frown upon 4 stars, still a worthy addition to your collection, and I look forward to checking out the Best New Starlet edition soon. I also know its a great movie, when I have a hard time trying to pick out a spotlight scene for this

Review brief: After getting some good reviews with the first installment about Carter Cruise, they have given us another installment, this time with the new and up and coming Abella Danger, the new face, and booty of Airerose Entertainment. And not only do we get 4 scenes, with a few first, but we also get a whole second disc, chock full of special features, all about giving us the viewers a peak into the world of Abella Danger. And we mist give them props for the extra effort for that. But when it comes to the sex, the real reason we are checking this out, that is where I think things fell a little flat. So much potential, with only the scene with Manuel, big surprise, that seemed to shine, no pun intended. I am sure this will get some AVN love in the showcase category, but it's going to have some stiff competition from some other studios.

Review brief: It's time to step into another installment of Sex Symbols from AVN Award Winning Studio, Airerose Entertainment. We get things going with a bang with Bonnie Rotten, and from there have some moments here, thanks to Kleio and Rachael, but are brought down by Lolly Ink in her scene. I will say that they seem to making strides in the technical areas, that has been a concern in some of the other titles I have reviewed from them. I will also give them some kudos for the extra mile in the special features areas as well, a bonus scene and BTS segment, clocking in at about of extra of extra stuff to enjoy. They catch your attention with putting Bonnie on the cover and I think that will be what you will remember most about this movie, if you check it out.
