Review brief: I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this one, had low expectations going in, considering the lack of knowledge of the cast and this studio. It only has three scenes, but I guess the spotlight scene for me would be the Cayla and Nick scene, smack dab in the middle of the movie. Some great heat and chemistry between the cast are another reason this was a pleasant surprise.

Review brief: I was lucky enough to interview Katrina a few years ago at AVN, and though it seemed like she was shy and nervous at times, I am glad to see that since then, she has grown as a performer. She doesn't seem as shy anymore, and this year was big for her as she was named a contract girl for Evil Angel. And what better way to showcase her, than have a few of their top directors each showcase Katrina in their own special way. I can only hope that they put out more of this kind of showcase, as when you have one director, the style is pretty much the same throughout the movie. Not the case here, as not only do we get some different visual styles, there is also some difference in themes and focus. And with the BTS footage/documentary style included in the movie, we also get a nice look on how the magic was made, and get to know a little more about Katrina and her life and thoughts, which she's not afraid to speak her mind. Review brief: After a long stressful year of making the porno, it's nice to see Joanna and Small Hands taking some time off, well sort of. They might be headed off to a tropical location, but they are going to bring along some young ladies to make their vacation even more magical. Overall a decent movie, would have loved to seen a little longer tease sections, although I am starting to think it's not that big of a deal anymore. I'd say the spotlight scene for me would either be the threesome with Alessa, Charlotte and Small Hands or our last pool side orgy scene.

Review brief: And now that AVN voting is done, and we are just about a week away from finding out who is going to go home with a few awards, I have a new pile of nominated movies to give a full review. And as stated, this one has a few nominations, and from what I can remember from my votes, I am thinking that Dredd has a good chance to walk away with Best Male Newcomer and Best Interracial Movie (both got top votes from me) and the Best Anal Sex Scene, which I ranked 7th. You have to give some kudos to both Abella and Keisha for taking the Dredd challenge and offering both holes, but once again I have to say that even though we had no anal, I think Ashley walks away with spotlight scene for this one.

Review brief: And we kick off our first review from the Burning Angel pile of movies for 2018. And we kick things off with the 8th installment in the Cum on My Tattoo series. A collection of punk rock ladies, decked out in many tattoos and piercings, and all they want to do is get a little dirty and end up with some love cream on their tattoo. And we've got a nice variety of action in this one, pairings, threesome of various types, and of course some anal and even some DP action thrown in. I have to say that spotlight for me would be the Noemilk scene, otherwise we had scenes that had some good and some bad in them. Would have loved to seen more of Alessa Savage as well. Review brief: With this year's AVN fun just beginning, it's time to go back and check out another movie that got some attention last year, with this great release from Lesbian Experience and Digital. A great cast of ladies, some amazing sex, of course, but all adds up to pretty much what is expected from Digital Sin and Jacky St James. Going into this one, the obvious choice for spotlight scene would have been Riley and Melissa, and don't get me wrong it was great, but I have to say that Aidra and Gina licked and loved their way to spotlight scene for this one. And I have to show a little extra love for the edging fun that Marley and Adria had in our opening scene. Plenty to love here and worthy of your attention if you love ladies who love ladies.

Another great comedic film, with a campy horror twist, along with a bevy a sexy tattooed ladies. The easy choice for spotlight scene in this one would have to the Arya and Ramon scene with the ending orgy coming in a close second. All the things that make Burning Angel movies great, and like I said, some nice horror elements to make sure you get plenty of treats this Halloween.

Review brief: Another spotlight movie about a lady who has made an impact on the industry in a short time frame. And as a fan of Mason's work, I was glad when I was told they were going to be making a film together. It's going to be interesting to see if this showcase is going to be pitted against her other one when AVN nominations come around, and although there was her first anal and DP in the other one, I think I have to give the advantage to this one. We start off with a creampie with Manuel, followed by an amazing scene with Adriana , easily the spotlight scene of this one, and one that should get some attention during award season. After that we get Lana taking on the Mandingo challenge where she seems to make him burst a few times, seems pretty realistic, and for our finale, a double stuffing bonanza filled with DP and of course plenty of DA, for the first time, and thankfully it's numerous long DA sessions and not just a quick one towards the end of the scene.

Obvious highlights for me would be the Riley Reid scene, but I would say some decent stuff all around. Is it weird that I think Monique Alexander is really underrated, considering how long she's been in the industry. My one complaint, sort of a big one for me, as we don't actually get a full screen shot, as a big black frame takes up most of the screen. That might be due to the ratio or specs from the website, but I would think by now there would be ways to fix that. Wasted space which could be full of lovely booties and boobs.

Yes I had a few issues, with some of the guys being left out of the fun for the most part, but there may be some reason for that. Great job of capturing the scenes from Jules and some great teases to get us warmed up for the big finales as well. We kicked things off with another appearance from the fierce Angela walking into our dreams, leading to a glory hole scene with ended with a little bang. We follow that with another scene with Markus, in full on secret agent mode, who was no match for Angela, but as I stated in the review, at least he died a happy man. And next up was the oiled filled threesome with Buttwoman herself, Alexis Texas, so that phrase right there should tell you all you need to know about that. And for the big finale, a very memorable opening tease that I could watch on repeat, filled with all kinds of puppies and hey how about some IR DP action from the all mighty Prince and Isiah.

Angela has had a very impressive year, just showering us with scenes with all kinds of companies, while still giving us plenty from her own studio too. We got a great trio of movies from her studio and can't think of a better way to end it, with another explosive volume of Angela.

Review brief: And as we once again dive into the AVN pile of movies, this just proves that the pile is filled with a few years worth of movies. And we kicked things off with a marathon session with Anikka and Manuel, and easily the highlight for me. But no need to worry, the ladies who followed Anikka and her booty, also brought some good to this two disc collection. There's a reason why this series is always getting some love each award season, and this one has a few fine examples of why that is. I'd say each disc started off amazing, but seem to falter a little but at the end, a very short scene with Kagney, and a so-so performance from Kimmy, which could be just to nerves about the DP or newness in the industry perhaps, will have to look into it.

Review brief: As I started this review, I realize that I have reviewed these movie out of order, according to the box covers, and there's a part of me that hates that. But put that thought aside, as we finish up the double feature of Angela White movies, before we get the finale, of Angela 3 and Titwoman at the end of the month. This has all the elements that make a great Angela White movie, and of course a great start, with the oiled filled threesome with Mia and Markus, what can I say, I'm a sucker for oil scenes. You want boobs, well you know Angela and pretty much the whole cast have that. Is booty your thing, well once again, I give exhibit A, with the oil filled scene with Mia. If that isn't enough, we've got some anal and even a few splashes of squirting (see what I did there), all adding up to another movie for my ever growing collection of Angela White movies, will need another apartment when I get caught up, hopefully during AVN time.
