Review brief: E-mail this one to the recycle bin. I try to find the good parts in any movie, but came up empty on this one. There are too many other movies in this genre that deserve a look to waste money on this one. It's just plain bad. The only reason I can think of even renting it is to use it as a guide for how bad a DVD can be. It really makes the stuff turned out by studios like Elegant Angel and especially Evil Angel look tremendous by comparison. I wish I had something positive to say about this film but I don't. The talent was lacking, although the males were definitely more appealing than their counterparts. The sex was just routine and nothing worthy of mention stands out.

Review brief: They say never judge a book by it's cover. Well, the same can usually be said about a DVD. I didn't think this volume was going to be as good as others in the series, but it does deliver the goods.The cast is not quite as impressive as in earlier volumes, but the variety is interesting. This series has won many awards and it doesn't take too long to figure out why. The sex is shot a lot better than any other TS series, the 'women' are very convincing, and the male cast members are way above average for this kind of film. I won't go into details on the various scenes. Because to me, the best part of these movies is not knowing what is going to happen next. One of the things that sets Joey Silvera's She- Male movies way above the rest is his ability to shoot not just the sex, but the tease before it. Too many other directors don't put that into their movies. Let's face it, a lot of the attraction of the she-male genre is just the curious nature of the whole thing.

Review brief: OK, so she-male DVDs aren't for everyone. In some cases they aren't for anyone. Which brings me to our current selection - I Dream of Queenie. I'll give Karen Dior credit for attempting a movie based on the classic TV show. It's a plot driven flick with some half decent special effects (for a low budget porn movie). But let's face it people rent/buy adult movies for the sex. The camera work is well below average and the sex just doesn't generate much heat. The movie does deliver a good mix of action; including M-TS and F-TS. But there simply isn't enough chemisty between the actors to make any of the scenes really stand out. Christie does a decent job in her scenes and if you're a big fan of hers the movie might be worth a look.
