Initial Expectations: Renee told me that she’s really happy with this feature, which gives me a lot of hope for it.

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced, and there aren’t really any background noises worth mentioning that interfere with things. This says a lot since the feature is shot outdoors. The video is very clear and barely shows a hint of grain. The camera gets in the way a time or two, but that’s about it for problems. Since the feature’s shot outdoors there’s a bit of inconsistent lighting and a few shadows that get in the way, but once again, for being shot outside, things look great.

Music: None.

Menus: The menus are pretty standard. The main menu includes a clip from the feature and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a scene number and a clip from the scene.

The Feature: Renee La Rue’s X-Rated Auditions works with a couple simple ideas, that of introducing some fresh talent into the jiz biz and that of having some adult fun with her friends. No, that doesn’t mean that Renee has taken to spending every free moment in a tanning bed so she can work with fresh talent. She’s just as hot as she always has been, and keeps her same friendly and sexual attitude. This time around, Renee centers everything around a pool party, which as usual means there’s going to be an orgy.

Surprisingly, the main attraction of the feature is the orgy. This isn’t one of them little rinky-dink ten minute orgies. This one lasts darn near the entire feature. Everybody starts off moving around and warming each other up, and then keep moving around as they fuck. The ratio is nicely skewed with five girls and only four guys, which means there’s always a girl masturbating or joining in with another couple rather than just having couples trading back and forth. Surprisingly, Nick Manning is first to pop from the guys, thanks to the very talented Wildlife Contract Girl Shay Sights, but keeps going after a very short break. Nick also manages the second pop, thanks to cute blonde Calli Cox. Throughout the orgy, the camera moves around to capture pairing after pairing until the feature starts getting close to the end. At that point, it captures everybody as they line up by the edge of the pool. Surprisingly, most of the pops at the end are on the girls chests, with only Shay and Renee taking a facial from Nick (yes, his third pop of the feature), which they end up sharing.

It’s a very well done orgy with some very nice energy and chemistry. It’s obvious that everybody wants to be with everybody else there, and is having a great time. My only complaint is the surprise that I didn’t see any anal sex throughout the orgy, and the lesbian action was kept pretty minimum. This isn’t all bad since I’m sure orgy fans will still like it, and some couples might try it who might not have otherwise.

As the orgy progresses, Renee takes a few breaks to introduce the cast. Angel, a realistic looking brunette is first, and talks about what she’s found out in her first month being in the business. Veteran porn stars Sana Fey is next, followed by Calli Cox and Wildlife contract star Shay Sights. Throughout each interview break, Renee talks with the star a bit as well as having a bit of a photo shoot for them. It’s a nice little break in the middle, and does a nice job of showcasing the female talent. I would have liked to have the male talent included as well, but I’m sure most people will be happy just seeing the female talent.

After everybody’s gone home, Renee rewards clean-up boy with a trip into her ass. It’s a short but sweet scene that lets the feature get in the required anal action.

Renee La Rue’s X-Rated Auditions 3 is a surprisingly good orgy feature. I’ll admit to being more than a little surprised by this for a couple reasons. First, it’s completely different than the rest of the series, which is a good thing. It lets Renee and Bobby broaden their horizons a little with the series, and also lets the viewer know that this series shouldn’t turn into a series where every episode feels the same. Second, it concentrates more on existing talent than new talent. Angel’s the only newbie here, and she holds herself very well throughout the feature. The main strength of the orgy, though, is the attitude. There isn’t a single person that doesn’t look like they’re right where they want to be. Every single one of them looks like they’re having a great time with good friends. It’s something that’s pretty rare in porn, and something that makes Renee La Rue’s X-Rated Auditions 3 highly recommended for orgy fans, as well as anybody else interested in it.

Extras: The photo gallery lasts two and a half minutes with about seven seconds per very nice looking snapshot. There’s also internet and contact information.

Overall: Currently, the X-Rated Auditions series can be found online for between $11 and $25 with a few stores offering them under $15. At this price, everybody should be checking them out. There aren’t any extras, but the transfer is excellent and the sex is one of the best done orgies I’ve seen.

Note to Wildlife: I wish all your features looked and sounded this good. I also hope you keep supporting Renee throughout this series, since she seems to be doing a great job here.
