X Marks The Spot

Brief Synopsis

This is a feature with a plot and story. The story is fairly minimal and just provides a link to what otherwise would be five unrelated vignette type scenes. Sets, music, lighting, makeup, hair, wardrobe and video and audio quality are all good. The cast is good but the sex scenes are short.

Introduction

I’ve only seen one other film from Visage and it wasn’t that good. This one shows a marked improvement. This is a feature with a plot and story. The story is fairly minimal and just provides a link to what otherwise would be five unrelated vignette type scenes.

Production

The sets are a little minimalist but that fits into with the story. The lighting is excellent and just a little bit dim and soft which also fits with the theme of the film. The audio and video quality are very good. Makeup and hair is good. The wardrobe is OK. There is decent background music in the sex scenes. The menus are easy to use. There are plenty of chapter markers for each scene.

Running time is approximately 80 minutes

Story

The plot is sort of a twisted It’s A Wonderful Life, and in the dialog they give credit to that movie. There is a mobster who has paid a mad scientist type to create a high tech haunted house. Steven St Croix was in charge of keeping an eye on the mobster’s girl but failed. For this he is punished; forced to wander through the house and observe reenacted scenes from his own life.

X marks the spot is weak play on words. It refers to the treasure on the map given to Steven St.  Croix. It also refers to the G-spot.

Sex Scenes

Scene 1 - Charmane Star and Sascha

Approximately 14 minutes

Charmane is the mobster’s girl. She was caught on video fucking one of the mobster’s employees. As Steven’s punishment, he has to watch the video. This scene is on a bed in a bedroom.

Charmane is as beautiful as ever. Her slender tight body is shown off well during the scene. She makes soft, encouraging, appreciative sounds throughout the scene. This is a pretty hot scene. Charmane gives a great performance.

Scene 2 - Rachel Roxxx and Steven St. Croix

Rachel Roxx’s character was Steven’s first affair with a married woman. As Steven’s punishment he has to watch a computer reenactment of him with her. The scene is on a set that’s made to represent a cemetery.

I haven’t seen Rachel in that many scenes. She is pretty, petite and with fake boobs that would fill a D cup. Her fake boobs aren’t too bad. In the few scenes I’ve seen her in she usually gives a good performance and this is no exception. The scene ends with Steven’s signature of cumming all over the girl.

Scene 3 - Savannah Gold and Kris Slater

Approximately 11 minutes

Savannah’s character is Steven’s first love. As his punishment he has to watch her with another guy. The set is supposed to represent a secluded spot by a waterfall

Savannah is a very typical looking porn star: bottle blonde with DD fake boobs. I don’t find her especially attractive. 

Scene 4 - Nicki Hunter and Steven St. Croix

Nicki’s character is the girl that broke his heart. As his punishment he has to watch a reenactment of them making love. They meet up, kiss, start to undress and then head over to a bed.

Although Nicki has been in a lot of movies, I haven’t seen her in too many. Nicki is very sexy and has a very pretty face. She has fake boobs but they aren’t too bad. In this scene her hair is dyed red. Nicki does a good job of talking dirty throughout this scene. The scene ends with Steven cumming all over her. 

Scene 5 - Angie Savage and Shawna Lenee

Approximately 14 minutes

Supposedly, Steven went out with both these girls and then they became lesbians. As his punishment he has to watch a reenactment of them making love together.

I liked both these girls much better before they got their breast implants. They are both very typical looking porn stars. They are bottle blondes with big fake boobs. They both have pretty faces and Shawna has a very tight body.

Extras

The only extra is a BTS. It’s 16 minutes long. It a collection of interviews and photo shoots.

Conclusion

This one is a bit above average. I liked the way they created a story that connected the sex scenes without wasting a lot of time. All the little incidentals were fine and positively contributed to the film. The cast was good but the sex scenes were too short.
