Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are pretty good for the age of the movie. The audio has a bit of a hiss in the background in some places, but is normally pretty clear and well balanced. The video is presented in the full frame format and looks okay. There's a touch of softness to the video that isn't too bad, but there are also a few minor lighting imbalances and a bit of camera motion that can interfere at times.

Both Laurie and Jenaveve are darn easy on the eyes and plenty curvy to make the facesitting and smothering work quite well. They get into the action nicely, and Freddy seems more than eager to have them sit on his face. That said, this isn't Smother Me With Your Latina Ass, it's a Worship My Latina Ass title and there is where the entire thing kind of collapses. Yes, it's good at what it's doing, but it's also doing something different than the title suggests. There's nothing really close to ass worship here, as the POV portion just seems too hokey to me with how the girls talk to the camera. Instead it's lighter female domination with Freddy always laying on his back and never really even being allowed to grab Jenaveve or Laurie's ass. Yes, I enjoyed the movie as I enjoy watching facesitting and smothering, but I also enjoy ass worship scenes and this one never came close to that. It also falls a bit short as I couldn't help but feel that this release was just cut footage from when Worship My Latina Ass 3 was made. The outfits look to be basically identical and the choppy editing just didn't feel right. Worship My Latina Ass 5 does well for face sitting and smothering, but fails miserably when it comes to being an ass worship movie.
