Synopsis:
Police detective Devinn Lane's father Randy Spears, a private investigator, disappears without a trace and she, without authorization, starts investigating the disappearance. She finds out that his disappearance may be linked to the disappearance of porn star Zana and she delves into the world of porn to find her father.

Audio/Video:
Without a Trace is presented with a common English 2.0 Stereo track, which is all that is necessary for the film. The dialog is clear and easy to hear at all times and the music is suitable for the film. No other language tracks and no subtitle options are available.

Without a Trace is presented in its original full screen aspect ratio of 1.33:1. As per the norm with Wicked's discs, the picture quality here is flawless with no blemishes, artifacts or glitches in sight. The color levels are perfectly balanced allowing for an excellent viewing experience. The picture is crisp and sharp allowing for good detail.

Special Features:
As per Wicked's standard, they have packed the disc with extras. Some of them have to do with the feature film and others are their standard extras. There is a 27 minute making of the film feature titled All Access: The Making of Without a Trace. There is the 2½ minute feature Without a Trace Box Cover Shoot, which focuses on the photography for the box cover. There is a 4½ minute blooper reel. There are biographies, which include audio and text information and a picture for Devinn Lane, Kelsey, Kristal Summers, Renee LaRue, Zana, Joel Lawrence, and Randy Spears.

Wicked has also included several photo galleries on the disc. First up is the main photo gallery, which contains 37 stills from the film on a track. Then there is the behind the scenes photo gallery, which holds 20 photos on a track. And last but not least, there are star galleries for Devinn Lane, Alex Foxe, Holly Hollywood, Kelsey, Kristal Summers, Renee LaRue, Shelbee Myne, and Star E. Knight, each containing 20 photos on a track.

And now we get to the standard extras available on the disc. Wicked Awards - Winners and Nominations is a listing of all of the Wicked films that have been nominated for and won various industry awards. The promotional materials are the adult expo reels that are shown at the Wicked Pictures booth from the last several years. The company profile gives you a short history of Wicked Pictures. Free Speech Coalition is an advert from every porn viewer's favorite organization. There are also trailers available on the disc for Flashpoint, Heartache, Dreamquest, Crazed, Double Feature, Hell on Heels, Knockout, Pornogothic, Satyr, Sex Safari, Spellbound, The Bride of Double Feature, The Kissing Game, Vengeance, and Working Girl.

DVD-ROM Special Features:
Wicked has included their standard DVD-ROM extras on the disc. There is the Wicked Web, which is a gateway link to Wicked's website. Also included is the Wicked Casino, which is a free casino program that you have to install on your computer that allows you to play casino style games online against opponents for Wicked Cash or just by yourself for fun. The available casino games are Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat, Slots and Poker.

Navigation:
There are nine chapters available from the main menu for Without a Trace. They are identified by a video clip from the area of the film that they go to. There is a time code encoded on the disc for the feature film. Given the style of the film, the chapters allow for decent navigation to a general area in the film.

General Review:
The plot in the film is rather lame and uninteresting. It's too thin to be of much interest and it's only purpose seems to be to connect the sex scenes together. Then again, if it were more complex, enough to truly hold your interest, it would probably interfere with the sex scenes, ruining the film. The acting in the film isn't anything amazing either. It is your standard porn fare acting, not so bad you want to turn off the television in disgust, but not good enough to make you get into any of the characters.

Unlike the plot, the sex scenes in the film are hot. As per the norm with Wicked films, viewers that are into nasty sex will probably be disappointed but couples and middle of the road viewers should have no complaints about the sex scenes. This film contains a scene with Devinn Lane and Star E. Knight that I have to say is one of the most erotic lesbian scenes that I have ever had the pleasure to view. I'm not sure what it is about the scene that makes it so hot, but what ever it is, it works well.

A great aspect to the film is, with the exception of one scene, the women get the men off at the end. I've always thought that one of the worst endings to a scene is when the man is standing there jerking off trying to cum so the fact this only happens once in the film improved the sex scenes for me. The sexual themes in the film are oral, anal and vaginal sex with female masturbation, lesbianism, toys and strap-on lesbian sex. For viewers that care about such things, there are condoms used in every scene.

The Scenes:
In the first scene, Joel Lawrence pairs up with Renee LaRue for some pussy licking followed by some vaginal sex which finalizes with a blow job for the climax. In the second scene, Randy Spears enjoys Shelbee Myne for some pussy licking and some vaginal sex followed by a blow job for the finale. In the third and very hot scene, Devinn Lane pairs up with Holly Hollywood for some lesbian action which starts out with a foot and back massage and some general body kissing before they start enjoying each other's pussies. Then some toys are brought out and there is some strap-on vaginal sex for the finale.

The fourth scene looks like it's going to be a relatively nasty scene but turns out to be rather tame. In it Ian Daniels and Julian get together with Zana, Kelsey Hart and Alex Foxe for an orgy scene that starts with some blow jobs before there is the vaginal sex and some pussy eating. On the side there is some female masturbation and some lesbian action before they get into the anal sex. All the men wank their cranks at the end for the climax. The fifth and best scene in the film features Devinn Lane and Star E. Knight for some lesbian pussy eating action. The sixth and final scene features Lee Stone and Kristal Summers and Devinn Lane for a blow job, some pussy eating and vaginal sex before the blow job finale.

Parting Thoughts:
Although the plot is lame and the acting is weak, the sex more than makes up for it in this film that should be enjoyed by couples and middle of the road porn viewers. Viewers that require nasty sex or hate a plot may want to skip this one though.
