Who Let the Whores Out? Review

Kami Andrews is a smart woman in casting her directorial debut. She relies on tried and true performers known for the sexual heat they bring to their scenes like Katrina Kraven, Sandra Romain, and of course herself to make a lasting first impression.

The influence of Ivan is throughout the movie mixed with Kami's sense of zaniness in setting up the scenes. Of course, I may be getting this impression whenever Ivan is holding the camera and when the font of the credits mimics Texas Asshole Massacre. The scenes are all vignette that give us the cheap reason why the performers are having sex. My favourite setups were Penny Flame's scene as Kami's personal assistant who reluctanctly casts herself when a girl flakes on the scene and Kami's imploring Kris Slater to let the inner whore out which gives us the title of the scene.

This was a fine debut from Kami despite the little fuckups I see in the lighting and the editing. I hate seeing the performers "teleport" to another location or position for the cumshot. Behind the Scenes show Kami working hard on her craft coaching the girls on some of the dialogue, setting up some of the props, and goofing off with the cast. Extras was a dark gothic scene in Semon Demon that fittingly features Kami.
