The Weight of Infidelity navigates the tricky waters of not shaming fetishists nor plus-sized individuals while highlighting problem behavior excellently creating a movie that is more likely to create positive conversation than any industrial educational movie on the subject.

In The Weight of Infidelity, after an intense love-making session, Angie's (Angela White) husband John (Tommy Pistol) shames her body and her for eating ice cream. Angie finds out that John is also having an affair with Karen (Karla Lane), a plus-sized woman, and has a sitophilia (food play) fetish when she catches the two in bed together. Angie tries to cope with the realization that while John shames her for her body size he celebrates Karen for her body size.

The Weight of Infidelity is beautifully shot and very atmospheric. However, the reason that The Weight of Infidelity works as well as it does is due to the three cast members. Tommy Pistol, Angela White, and Karla Lane all do an absolutely wonderful job of bringing their characters to life on the screen. The viewer will loathe Tommy Pistol's monster John while he is berating Angie while feeling horrible for Angela White's Angie as she is coping with the revelations in the movie.

The Weight of Infidelity is well-made and an excellent conversation starter and more than that, Pure Taboo has released the movie for free for viewers to watch on their website. The Weight of Infidelity is well worth watching.

The Weight of Infidelity was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 1080p. The image for The Weight of Infidelity is crisp and clear with no issues whatsoever. The colors in the movie are beautiful. There is a white PureTaboo bug in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen throughout the movie.

The Weight of Infidelity is presented with an English Stereo audio track. There weren't any noticeable issues with the audio presentation with the movie at all and the dialog is clear and easy to understand at all times.

Oddly, given the nature of the movie, no extras for The Weight of Infidelity were included with the release.

The Weight of Infidelity is an excellent adult drama feature film from Pure Taboo, Angela White, and Bree Mills. The Weight of Infidelity doesn't just serve as erotic entertainment, the movie also acts as a catalyst to stimulate conversation on body image and body shaming — issues that those who are affected by tend to stay quiet about. The Weight of Infidelity looks beautiful, features excellent acting, some great sex scenes, and a good story. Hopefully Pure Taboo will create more porn with a purpose in the future and The Weight of Infidelity isn't a one-and-done.
