The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and shows a lot of care. It's very clear in its presentation with smooth camera work and very nice attention towards the lighting.

Music: The music is very well done. It varies in balance, as well as in style slightly, through the movie and matches the scenes very well. It has a sexy feeling and just enough variations in its style to enhance the scenes rather than taking anything away from them.

Borderline False Advertising: Although Jayden Cole is listed among all of the other stars in the movie, she has a non-sex role as the narrator and doesn't even bare as much as a nipple. While some of the sex scenes get around ten chapters, it appears that Penthouse doesn't even think Jayden's openings are even sexy or important enough to get their own chapter. So yes, Jayden is in the movie, but the cover makes it appear that she's in a sexual role instead of a non-sex one. Although this isn't completely false advertising due to her being in the movie, I do believe that it's very deceptive and am deducting a half point from the overall score because of it.

Menus: The main menu blends a few stills with a little background animation for an okay first impression. The chapter menu nicely lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name(s) of the girl(s) in it.

The Feature

Uncontrollable collects five scenes centered around letters sent in by Penthouse readers and viewers. Hot auburn haired Jayden starts reading each letter wearing a sexy little outfit before the scene takes over with the story.

He does get a respectable amount of fairly clear cum on Kylee, but early on in the scene I couldn't help but get the feeling that the pop shot was added in digitally. I went back and checked in slow motion a couple times, but couldn't see anything to make me sure as to whether it was real or digitally enhanced. Regardless, this is a smoking hot scene that deserves to be checked out.

The problem here is that once again the chemistry isn't as strong as in some of the other scenes. Some of this I'm sure is due to the location, but a couple of the times when Jessica started sucking Danny it looked to be more out of necessity than anything with him having some wood problems. He does recover nicely, but it doesn't really help the movie have a strong finish. This scene might make it above the average level due to the sexy feeling starting the scene out, but doesn't get beyond that.

Uncontrollable is a very nicely done couples release. Kylee Reese and Brynn Tyler each turn out a great one-on-one scene, and Nicole Ray and Nikki Anne's threesome with Evan Stone is just as good. Shawna Lenee and Jessica Lynn's scenes are also above average, but just can't keep up with the passion in the other three scenes. In each case, the setups for the action is light and fun, and the cast always looks like they're having a good time. The best thing, which is especially true for Kylee, Brynn, and Nikki and Nicole's scenes, is that the action doesn't feel at all like it's being held back because it might scare somebody off. There's great passion in those three scenes, and it easily carries the movie over the other scenes. Uncontrollable is a simple couples release, but one that also seems to realize how much enjoyment and passion counts.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts just over three minutes with about seven seconds per okay looking snapshot. The bonus scene comes from The Fetish Mansion. I wanted to like this scene but just couldn't get into it.

Currently, many Penthouse DVDs can be found online for between about $17 and $25 with several stores offering them for around $20. At the low end this one might be tempting. Kylee Reese, Brynn Tyler, and Nikki Anne and Nicole Ray do a fantastic job in their scenes, and easily carries the movie past its weaker moments, which are still above average. The technical aspects are very well done and the extras show a touch of effort with an okay bonus scene. This is a hot and enjoyable movie that should have some very nice replay value.
