The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I don't think I heard a single background noise. The video is presented in the full frame format, and also works well. There's some nice use of light and shadow in the movie, but also a touch of grain. The camera work is smooth, and also nicely focused. This is a good looking and sounding release.

Music: There's music through most of the movie. It varies a little in style, but is nicely balanced and definitely helps the movie out.

Menus: The main menu blends the boxcover shot with a little background animation for a poor first impression. The chapter menu has a touch of style, but still just lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene that's too small to really tell anything with a scene number.

The Feature

Twisted Sex Stories collects five unrelated sex stories. Each has a small lead-in to set things up, but also a little sexual twist. Maybe it's somebody hired to have sex or maybe it's a kinky dream. It might even be a sexual vision. Regardless, the sex stays fairly couples friendly while working in a touch of style.

Scene 1 – Cheyenne Silver, Inari Vachs, and Randy Spears

While Randy doodles on a pad with a picture of a whip, he nods off and brunette Cheyenne and dirty blonde Inari come to him in his dream dressed in black rubber fetishwear. Cheyenne holds him back with her crop while Inari sucks his cock before moving around to ride him reverse cowgirl style while Inari runs her hands around him. Inari strips down before taking her turn riding Randy cowgirl style, and then takes him to the couch to fuck her doggie style as Cheyenne watches and fucks herself with her crop. This is a likable couples scene. The scene starts out with a bit of an edge, but never takes it as far as many would and leaves it with Randy taking on the girls one at a time as the other watches. This always leaves me a little disappointed as the chemistry suffers a little in a scene when everybody doesn't seem to be into everybody, but here it isn't too bad as the girls seem to really enjoy watching each other take on Randy. There's a nice flow to the scene as well as a fairly loving feel that was a surprising but nice touch. This is a pretty good scene.

Scene 2 – Keanna Bradley and Mickey G.

Mickey sits back in a chair as hot Asian Kianna lets him know that it's her first time. She takes his money before asking for any requests, and when he tells her to surprise him she gives him a strip tease and a bit of a lap dance before sucking his cock. Mickey sits back in his chair for her to ride him reverse cowgirl style before fucking her doggie style as she talks dirty to him. This is a pretty hot scene. Kianna looks fantastic and there's great chemistry between her and Mickey. The scene also moves along at a very nice pace with the chemistry coming through very well. The cumswapping ending was a definite surprise, but at the same time fits the twisted sex aspect of the movie. I got into this scene quite well.

Scene 3 – Renee LaRue and Dillion Day

Dillion tries starting a little conversation with hot busy Renee in a steamy bathroom that I guess is to be a sauna only to have her slap him down. She lets him know how she knows she's in control and has been controlling men for years before ripping open her tight, wet, white top and letting Dillion worship her big fat titties. Renee moves down to work on his cock with her mouth and tits before letting him fuck her from behind. This is a hot scene, and not just due to the location. Renee plays the bitch extremely well, but with how hot she looks and how she works it you still can't help but be in awe of Dillion getting to fuck her. There's some good chemistry between them and the scene moves along at a very nice pace. The steamroom location was a bit cheesy, but the sex was hot enough it's hard to care about that. I really got into this scene.

Scene 4 – Stormy Dream, Mickey G., and Randy Spears

Randy and Micky don masks before breaking into a house to take on brunette Stormy as her husband is paying them to. They take her up to the bedroom where she turns the tables on them pulling a gun on them and telling them to strip down. The masks go on top of their heads as Stormy starts sucking and stroking them before they help her strip down and Mickey pulls his mask back down with her panties under it. This is a pretty good scene. I love how Stormy turns the tables on the guys, but her multitude of tattoos doesn't do a lot for me. There is a good balance between the guys, but the camera angles often seemed a bit cramped and don't let you see who's fucking her when that well. There is a good twist at the end that helps the scene out, but overall this scene wasn't quite at the same level as the others.

Scene 5 – Chloe and Lola

After a bit of a run, Lola and Chloe find a bag in the bushes containing plenty of sex toys. They look around in the woods for more before stripping down with Chloe going after Lola's pussy orally. This is an okay scene. The action is much heavier into toys than I normally like, but the girls do look to get into it pretty well. There's a decent flow to the scene as well as some decent back and forth action, but there's also a little something that just seemed to be missing. I'm not sure what it was, but this scene ended up being fairly average for me and my least favorite in the movie.

Twisted Sex Stories is a surprisingly good couples orientated fetish movie. The setups are simple, but add a little to each of the scenes while also helping the movie have a nice variety of action. I think Kianna's scene might be my favorite here, but Renee's scene and Cheyenne and Inari's scene are too far behind. I really like the simple little sexual twists in each scene as well as the slightly artistic feel that flows through the movie. At the same time, I can't help but be a little disappointed as the movie doesn't even last an hour and a quarter. When there's a little lead-in to each scene, under fifteen minutes a scene seems way too short and the chemistry in the scenes is hot enough that most of them could have easily lasted a few more minutes. I can also understand some people being disappointed with the movie not being that extreme. The cover makes it sound like the movie's going to be filled with nasty, intense, shocking scenes and instead there's a very nice couples feel to the movie.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery contains about fifty nice looking snapshots. There's also company information. This release came during one of the low points for Digital Sin. The second side is filled with trailers and featurettes, but it was kept the same for at least a year and a half. It's been a few years since they did this, but I still cringe at the sight of the B-side here as it was so overused I don't even count it as an extra.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Sin's DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with many stores offering them for around $20. If you're wanting something couples friendly with a few twists, this one's worth checking out. The sex varies a bit throughout the movie, but there's some nice variety and twists to it. The technical aspects aren't too bad, but the extras are so horribly recycled that they can't help but bring the DVD down. This is a good movie with a nice idea, and I'm kind of disappointed that Digital Sin didn't keep it up.
