Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects show plenty of care. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. There's a fantastic eye behind the camera (who I think is Ivan) with some fantastic effort put into the lighting along with a steady hand and a clear presentation. This one looks and sounds great!

The final scene was previously released as part of Pussy Delight, and although it's listed on the cover as a bonus scene there's nothing to separate it from anything else in the movie so it's hard to think of it as such. True Lesbian Lovers 4 is one of those releases that I enjoyed, but just can't recommend that highly. The sex here is solid, and shows some great care behind the camera. Jezebelle and Lynn start things out nicely. I'll admit that Jezebelle's hardcore look does absolutely nothing for me, but Lynn is cute and the two of them have great chemistry together. I love the tangerine play, especially with the juice at the end that gives it almost a cumswapping feeling as they play with it. Alix and Marica's scene is a bit by the books, but still worked very well due to how hot they both are and the very nice chemistry between them. Nicole and Chanel look to be having a great time together and kept the movie going very well. Although heavy ink is a pretty big turn-off for me, I really enjoyed Sarah and Briana's scene. There's nice chemistry between them and I really loved how unique the scene was as it went back and forth with a little light play between the girls and Briana giving Sarah something to masturbate to. I really wish that this scene would have lasted about twice as long as there's some great chemistry between them and it really did feel like the start of something much bigger. Finally there's the “bonus scene” with Alix and Jenna, which again has a very nice artistic style along with plenty of great chemistry. Sexually this one is more than solid, both with the chemistry between the ladies in each scene as well as the artistic eye behind the camera and style.
Sadly the overall running time makes this a release I just can't recommend that highly. The entire release doesn't even last an hour and the four previously unreleased on DVD (to my knowledge) scenes don't even last fifty minutes. At the price point of this release there's plenty of studios that offer you everything this one has as well as a heck of a lot more. True Lesbian Lovers 4 has a great cast along with plenty of chemistry and style, but the extremely short running time leaves this as a lower level rental for fans of the performers.

The photo gallery lasts about five and a quarter minutes. There's also trailers and a bonus scene.
Final Thoughts:
There's hot beautifully shot action here, but the short running time including a bonus / previously released scene leaves this one as a lower level rental for fans of the stars.
Note to Desire Films:
It's great to see you considering bonus scenes, but it's hard to consider it a bonus when it's right there with the rest of the movie and the running time doesn't even last an hour.
