Initial Expectations: I'm not sure Jonni Darkko has let me down behind the camera yet. I'm really looking forward to this one.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I don't think I noticed a single background noise. The video is presented in the full frame format, and also done very well. The camera moves around effortlessly without drawing attention to itself, and the action is very nicely lit. There's also no noticeable grain, but it does have just a slightly soft feeling that works very well for the style of the movie.

Music: In addition to directing the movie and doing the camera work, Jonni Darkko also did the music. It has a nicely done electronic feel that works well with the “fashion model” feel of the movie. It's normally there for the tease, but then fades in and out through the rest of the scene in a way that nicely draws attention to itself just enough to enhance the sex.

Menus: The main menu keeps things fairly simple with a still of Gianna, the title, and the choices. For anybody else this would seem like a cheesy opening with a company that didn't care about putting effort into their menus. For the Evil Empire and Jonni Darkko, who I know puts a heck of a lot of care into the little details like menus, it comes off as understated and a touch artistic and worked nicely. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girl in it with each girl getting two different choices.

The Feature

Trophy Whores 2 keeps the action fairly simple. Each scene focuses on a very well dressed and beautiful woman. Jonni lets her tease the camera while working with a kind of fashion photo shoot feel before letting the girl take on a guy or two.

Scene 1 – Amy Ried and Jerry

Amy starts the action out in a sexy purple bra and lacy panties posing for still photos in front of a purple-ish board. That said, that doesn't mean that the movie is without a fault, since being an Evil Angel release there is going to be one fairly big fault for a lot of people. Jonni has dipped under the two hour mark for a running time a few times in the past, but it's normally been livable since he's included a few bonus scenes to make up for it. Here the movie drops below the hour and a half mark, which I think that might be a first for a non-compilation Evil Angel release, and there isn't that much extra sexual footage. It isn't something that bothers me much as the movie worked very well for me, but I know it is something that's going to loose a few people out there. Trophy Whores 2 may be a shorter release, but it's also plenty sweet.
