Tristan Taormino's Rough Sex 3: Adrianna's Dangerous Mind Review

Review:
“Tristan Taormino’s Rough Sex 3: Adrianna’s Dangerous Mind” is a good production from Vivid and Tristan Taormino that features Adrianna Nicole in five scenes that are meant to be on the rougher side. Typically, there’s interview material before, after, and even—at times—during the scenes, and this largely serves as a means of setting up the action and getting the participants’ thoughts on the festivities. One thing that detracts a bit from this one is that the reactions aren’t always believable, but it’s still worth checking out—at least for the right audience(s)…and particularly for fans of Adrianna.

In terms of the sex, Scene One involves Adrianna Nicole coupled with Jiz Lee in a scene that, while overall good, is too brightly shot and comes off as high-end, artsy lesbian erotica. Jiz, in an aqua pantsuit, “dominates” Adrianna, as she uses her fingers on her, as well as a monstrous strap-on that’s initially concealed under her clothing, a steel hook (vaginal), and a steel, curved dildo-like item (vaginal). It’s clear that this one will have an appeal to some audiences, but it really isn’t my cup of tea. In Scene Two, Adrianna plays the role of a hooker and Ramon Nomar is her john. The austere setting for this sequence is used to develop a detached mood, as Ramon uses Adrianna for his needs. There’s some choking that goes on, and the oral, vaginal, and anal action that ensues is pretty hard. The main festivities close out with a facial for Adrianna and some oral cock clean-off. After this, the segment moves to a fancy, open shower, and Ramon fucks her again—popping on her face and mouth. Then, after some interview material, there’s a cut to some BTS-like goings-on with Ramon yet again fucking Adrianna—this time on a sink. He pops on her leg in this one—crazy and excellent! This guy’s a machine!

Scene Three puts Adrianna in the hands of Jada Fire—playing the role of a dominatrix—in a fancy, tan-walled bedroom. There’s boot-licking, choking with a bra, spanking, and face-sitting / -smothering here. Further, Adrianna eats Jada, and Jada uses the curved, steel dildo-like implement from the first scene on her. Jada also does some hot strap-on work on Adrianna, and the action is capped off with Jada bringing Adrianna to orgasm with a large, industrial-strength vibrator and leaving her on the bed. Afterward, there’s some BTS-like material that showcases Jada using the wand vibrator to cum and squirt a bit. Overall, this is a good-to-very-good scene. In Scene Four, Adrianna takes on four guys—Nat Turnher, Keni Styles, Danny Wylde, and Evan Stone—in a locker / shower room. Instead of being a real gangbang, the guys are more or less taken on sequentially—Nat is up first (vaginal), then it’s Danny and Keni—though it’s mostly just Danny here (hard anal) until the end, when Keni pops up and quickly fucks Adrianna, too. Finally, it’s Evan. After scrubbing Adrianna’s face with his dick and balls in the shower, he takes her (anal) and does some hard face-fucking. The pop-shots here from Danny, Keni, and Evan are all facials. Overall, this one comes off as a bit disjointed, so it really only falls into the good-to-very-good category in terms of its heat.

Scene Five features Adrianna with Steve Holmes and Prince Yahshua in an excellent, alley-based romp. Adrianna and Prince are in the alley to start things off—she’s blowing him, of course—and then Steve happens along and starts to wank it. After Prince gives Adrianna a facial, it’s Steve’s turn to get some. The hottest parts of this scene involve Steve fucking her in a standing rear-entry position over a cement staircase, doing her in a missionary-like position on the railing, and then Adrianna licking his load off of the railing after he pops on it—hot! This is all followed up with a cut to Prince and Adrianna boffing back at their place. This is a great way to end the disc.

In terms of other items, the ads still play upon inserting the disc. As has been the case for quite some time now, however, they can be skipped by hitting the “Menu” button on the remote. Further, the website watermark is still in the lower-right portion of the screen. While this doesn’t detract from the quality of the presentation in any meaningful way, it would certainly be better if it weren’t there.

In terms of bonus materials, one finds a “Photo Gallery” that puts forth a slideshow of “pretty-girl” shots and stills from the production, and a “Previews” option that gives a choice of four trailers. There’s also a “Safer Sex” featurette that’s a tutorial on safe-sex / choking techniques…and…if one’s interested, one can find the advertisements again (and the anti-piracy PSA) under “Vivid Extras”. Finally, there are three “Bonus Scene(s)…”—all three being boy/girl anal sequences from various instructional videos—one with Manuel Ferrara, one with James Deen, and one with Mark Davis.

In all, this is a good DVD that features a variety of scenes that will likely appeal to varying audiences. As such, it’s hard to make a wholesale recommendation, other than to those who are interested in this darker, more-artistically themed erotica. If enough of what’s noted above appeals to you, then check it out.
