Titan Men Hardcore Portfolio Review

When I purchased a package from Titan Studios, I actually received a 2 DVD set of previews from their collection. It's basically a promotional tool to get me to buy more from them and boy did it work! The Hardcore Portfolio ends up clocking in at over 3 and a half hours and spans through every realm of what Titan has to offer.

Disc One
This disc is mostly just all the previews. Each preview clocks in at around 4 minutes long and gives you full detail of exactly how the film is going to be without actually spoiling the whole picture. Any of the bonus features (as advertised on the cardboard slipcase the discs come in) are on disc 2. Basically, the way Titan works it's hardcore previews, is we're shown a scrolling credit for each actor along with various scenes from the film where the actor would star in. The company rarely disappoints so you're sure to want to write a few down after you see the extended previews. (At least, I did.) There's also chapter selections for each film with various notes on the extras for each film as well as a picture of each box cover. This was definitely one of the best preview sets I've ever witnessed. They even show dabs of some of the watersports in the movies as well as various other "hardcore" bits. One could totally get off to the previews alone (as I did).

Disc Two
As stated above, this disc is basically all the extras packed onto the previews. It dabbles into the bonus content placed on the various DVD sets and gives us snippets from those. Again, for those interested, they are below:

My whole feelings on this disc are rather disappointed. The reviews that Titan hails this as, state that there is actually something different on the discs that is unavailable anywhere else. Or at least, that's my impression. However, they only re-run everything found on all the other Titan discs and NOTHING is different than on any other Titan DVD except maybe they are edited shorter than what is found elsewhere. I thought I was about to open the disc and discover all sorts of fun stuff but nope. I say the disc might be worth the free price I obtained it for or even $10 or so but I definitely wouldn't pay what Titan charges for it. And I'm not saying it's bad, I'm merely just stating the facts. The previews are hotter than any previews you'll find from any other company and I'm sure the extras snippets are as well. I just have seen a lot of them on the other Titan releases so I wasn't as impressed with all the extras. I'm sure there's plenty to whet your appetite here, though. I'll add it to my growing porn collection...
