Promising seven of Britain and South African’s sexiest men, Till He Comes is about as far removed from the generic Californian porn as you can get. Before I started watching this one, I thought to myself, “Do they really have sexy men in Britain?” Read on to find out.

Things start out with 2 rather average looking guys (Rory Lester and Dawson Bryson) making out in bed. What they lack in muscles, they more than make up with big uncut cocks! The sex is pretty standard, though… sucking, rimming, then they take turns fucking each other. It’s a decent scene, but there’s just something about these two guys that just turns me off. For lack of a better word, they look too… foreign. And not in a sexy Eastern European way, either. Rory has quite a hot cumshot, though.

While the guys are going at it, Rory gets a phone call from his dreamy ex-boyfriend, cover boy Tristan Vaughn. This brings back all sorts of bad memories, including the time he caught Tristan having an affair with a hunky British Latino, Bastian. Boy, Tristan is such a sexy mother fucker. I must admit, I wasn’t really turned on my Rory in the beginning, but he is really starting to grow on me. (It must be his ability to shoot big white streams of cum in every one of his scenes! Strangely, the video quality is kind of lacking. The picture isn’t quite a sharp as I would expect for a DVD, and there are a few noticeable VHS type tape errors. I would be surprised if they even digitally remastered this one. It looks like standard VHS quality to me. Included are some outtakes, some short cast bios, and a very interesting audio commentary by the directory Mike Esser. It seems Mike usually directs soft- core porn, and this is his first hard-core movie that he is pleased with. I really like his style, though, and it would have been nice to include some previews of some other movies he’s done.

I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with Till He Comes. Romantic porn is tough to pull off. Too often it ends up just plainfully slow and plodding. Pride packs quite a lot of sex into 2 hours, and except for those scenes with Dawson, it’s pretty damn hot. If you’re getting sick of the L.A. pretty boy clones that are so prevalent in porn today, give Till He Comes a try.
