Teen Dreams 9 by New Sensations is an elegant vision that takes a descent  into the decadence of fantasy.  With its feel-good music and classy lighting, each scene has a rather refined taste to it that is almost romantic.  The scenes begin with the girls exploring themselves as they fantasize about lovemaking; fantasy merges with reality and these girls are soon lost in their Teen Dreams.

Very average.

THE BOTTOM LINE

The problem with this movie is the lack of energy.  There's just too little payoff and the viewer is tempted to go for the fast-forward button.  Director Tyrone Shuz does a terrific job with everything else though.  With the exception of the last scene, he uses beautiful, natural lighting which is reminiscent of Jonni Darrko's work.  His camerawork is similar as well but he uses powerful slants and his hand is a lot less steady.  I loved the music which was well-written and very discrete in the scenes but you could listen to it if you wanted- they power up at the end of a scene and smooth in perfectly into the next scene.  Great makeup, colors, and outfits but the sex was lacking, and ultimately this is what makes or breaks a film.
I was thoroughly impressed with the Extras. We get over an hour of compelling behind-the-scenes, which shows a lot of the girl's personality. We also get a bonus scene by Missy Monroe which I gave a 4.25, right up there with Paola Rey's scene.  
This movie makes for an alright rental.
