Luke Cage XXX is an adult feature movie spoof of Cheo Hodari Coker's Netflix series Luke Cage, originally created by John Romita, Sr., and Archie Goodwin for Marvel Comics, by Adam Christopher. Honestly, Luke Cage XXX is one of the better feature adult movies from Adam Christopher that this reviewer has seen but it isn't without issues. However, no adult movie with Charlotte Sartre can be completely bad.

The plot for Luke Cage XXX has Cottonmouth (Chris Cock) running Harlem but Luke Cage (Jovan Jordan) is messing up Cottonmouth's illicit businesses. Cottonmouth orders Luke Cage to be found. All the while, Jessica Jones (Charlotte Sartre) is trying to round up superheroes for the storm of evil that is coming.

The biggest issue that Luke Cage XXX has, which will definitely bother fans of feature adult movies, is that the whole movie feels like just the very beginning of an epic length adult movie. Just as Luke Cage XXX appears to actually get going the movie just inexplicably ends. This reviewer knows this is “just porn,” however, feature adult movies do require a complete story arc. This is why viewers watch feature adult movies. Hopefully, there will be a Luke Cage XXX 2 in the future. In a nice touch, to emulate the Marvel silver screen movies, there is an additional scene after the end credits are over.

Adam Christopher was clearly working on a limited budget and some of the technical aspects of the movie are good and others are poor. The movie features some excellent and very catchy music, which definitely works in the movie's favor. There is also some excellent CGI work with Iron Fisted's (Robby Echo) hands. The camera can, unfortunately, be rather shaky and there are some rather hard jarring edits within the movie. And for the really bad, there are places where the direction has been left into the movie and there is a very poor greenscreen sequence with a picture on Cottonmouth's wall where the picture is almost constantly in motion. As to why Adam Christopher didn't have the picture printed and attach it to the wall, this reviewer is unsure but the effect here didn't work.

Luke Cage XXX features some great casting and the cast does a good job bringing their characters to the blue screen. The sex scenes are well done with a cast that always seems to be enjoying themselves. Then again, this reviewer doesn't think that Charlotte Sartre has ever made a bad sex scene, so it was likely a given that her scene would be good.

Luke Cage XXX may be the best adult movie that Adam Christopher has made that this reviewer has seen so far, however, there are still enough issues with the movie that makes it hard to recommend. Luke Cage XXX was made as a feature adult movie, yet the plot just stops, but the sex scenes are well done. Hopefully, at some future date, Adam Christopher will finish the story.

The edition of Luke Cage XXX screened is the streaming-only version available at TarantinoXXX.com. Tarantino XXX has done a good job with their streaming-only version of Luke Cage XXX. Luke Cage XXX was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 1080p. There weren't any noticeable issues at all with the video presentation for Luke Cage XXX. The colors in the movie are beautiful and the image has no glitches. There is a red Tarantino XXX logo bug in the lower right-hand side of the screen throughout the movie.

Luke Cage XXX is presented with an English Stereo audio track. The audio isn't bad; there is an omnipresent hiss throughout the movie. The dialog spoken in the movie is clear and easy to understand at all times.

Tarantino XXX hasn't included any extras for their streaming release of Luke Cage XXX.

Luke Cage XXX is a feature adult spoof of the Netflix series from Adam Christopher. The movie gives mixed results with some really good sex scenes and some enjoyable plotted portions but has a story that just ends without any sort of conclusion leaving the viewer feeling let down. This issue plus some technical issues make Luke Cage XXX a hard movie to recommend. Tarantino XXX has done a nice job with their streaming-only version of Luke Cage XXX with excellent video quality and good audio.
