What You Should Know:

What I Liked:
For every director out there who thinks they know how to put together a film featuring fetish, take a look at Take No Prisoners for a clue on how it‘s really done. Bondage. Sensory deprivation. Female domination. S&M. All done and presented to perfection. Take No Prisoners introduced me to a world of sexual stimulii I previously had no interest in but feel like experimenting with now. When a mere porno inspires you in that way, you know it did something right.

What I Disliked:
I understand the value of letting scenes develop naturally at their own pace and not rushing things but for Christ’s sake, Jules. His last few flicks are becoming EPIC in scope. Between Ass Worship 6, Darkside and Perfect Specimens 2 instead of calling Jordan Quentin Tarantino, I’ll now refer to him as the Cecil B. DeMille of adult. Four hours straight of porn is a bit much to digest, regardless of the price or how good it may be. I think that Jules, like Tarantino whom I often compare him to, is beginning to fall too much in love with his own vision and is reluctant to trim any of it, even for the sake of better pacing or his viewers' battered and bruised genetalia. Give us a break, Jordan. The heat is still going to be there on film even if you leave some of the build on the editing room floor.

Overall:
More than just a great piece of pornography, Take No Prisoners also serves as an education on the world of fetish. After this movie was done I felt as though I learned something. How many adult movies can claim that? Nikki Benz plays the role of Alexa Rae here, making an appearance no one expected nor could have predicted.
