SO ? : Save got its title, which suggested a swapping theme barely present in the final script, “Take my Wife” is a lovely surprise from director Paul Thomas, who had once again no reason to hide behind his Bo Edwards alias. Fresh & pleasantly silly, the storyline effortlessly threads the sex scenes together, and an able cast of actors carries the dialogue just as well as the sex (with special mention to Justin Magnum and Nick Manning, the latter a riot in his over-the-top interpretation of a full of himself, two-bit pseudo star (a composition role ?)). A combination of indoor & outdoor settings and a competent photography serves the gorgeous performers & the hot but friendly sex scenes favourably. An hour and a half well spent, and a sound recommendation for couples and anybody looking for a little fun with his smut.
