The Submission of Emma Marx cleaned up at awards time earlier this year so I had to see what all the fuss was about. I recently received a copy of the disk and eagerly popped it in. The story concerns a woman with no sexual history who becomes involved in a BDSM relationship. It starts out slowly and Penny Pax gets involved deeper and deeper. This feature was co-directed by Jacky St. James and Eddie Powell with the story coming from Jacky’s creative mind.

Riley Reid

Riley and Van Wylde are getting intimate on a bed. They are kissing passionately and their clothes come off. Riley gives him a sensual blowjob and licks up his shaft. She plays it as expertly as one would play a musical instrument. Van goes down on her and enters her in mish. They also bang it out in spoon, reverse and doggie. Penny Pax

Penny agrees to a BDSM relationship with Richie. He’ll own her on weekends but Penny also negotiated a job in his company and Richie wants to continue the relationship from 9-5 weekdays. Their relationship continues and Richie installs some ground rules such as wearing what he says and coming over to his place at noon and kneeling at the front door until given instructions. Penny tells Richie that she’s falling in love with him and he doesn’t take it well. That’s not in their agreement! Penny goes about planning Riley’s wedding but she gets drawn back to Richie. There is a moral to the story in that we are all normal, no matter what our fantasies are.

SUMMARY

The Submission of Emma Marx is an adult film like none other. I have never seen a storyline like this before. It is one of the best stories, not only in adult but in entertainment, that I have seen. This movie takes the time to explore the relationship between Penny and Richie and we can see the Penny character develop from a naïve little waif to a full blown sex servant for Richie. Penny and Richie do a fantastic job with the acting in this one. They deserve any accolades that come their way.

The Submission of Emma Marx is a fantastic adult exploration of a BDSM relationship. With all the rules and regulations surrounding porn nowadays, it must be tough to make a movie like this but Jacky and Eddie pulled it off. From the lighting and the camerawork, to the sound and the musical soundtrack, everything works in this one making it a masterpiece. Penny and Richie carry the script and you believe in these characters and what makes them tick. I can’t rave about it enough and I hope my writeup does it justice. I summarized the sex scenes above, like I usually do in my reviews, but this disk is so much more that the actual sexual trysts. I urge anyone with any interest in the darker side of a relationship to run out and get this movie.
