This Terry Le Grand-Roger Earl pre-condom opus should more rightly be called Beauties and the Beasts.

The beauties are: Case Harden, Scott Avery, Brian Thompson, Shawn Peters, Jesse Kohler, and Blake McDonald.

The beasties are: Pierce Daniels, Kip Astor, J. D. Slater, and Jason Steele.

The pattern established in the film is to pair an older not-too-attractive man with facial hair in a scene with a smooth pretty young man.

The first scene is an excellent case in point. Case Harden, a clean-cut handsome youth that epitomizes our wet dreams is discovered nude in the kitchen fixing breakfast. Enter Jason Steele, a chunky balding troll with thick lips, a skuzzy mustache, inch-long nipples, and a gnarled uncut cock. He kneels (very properly) at Case’s feet and slurps on Case’s nice dick, bringing it to full erection and ejaculation. Case then returns the favor by going down on Jason’s unattractive worm. Case sucks furiously as though trying to bring Jason off as soon as possible and thus put an end to his terrible ordeal. His final degradation is to kneel over and take Jason’s gnarly up his beautiful butt.

In the second scene we find another balding oldie, J. D. Slater, in bed with a cute uncut blond, Scott Avery. (J. D. is now an excellent composer of gay porn film music.) Scott is finger-fucked and then penis-fucked by this daddy.

Next Chris Allen—a natural blond twink who was one of the most beautiful young bottoms in these early films—encounters Pierce Daniels masturbating in the barn. Pierce who is still active in films today was much better looking before he grew that droopy Wyatt Earp mustache that is his trademark. Chris goes down on Pierce. Pierce goes down on Chris. Chris lies back on a bale of hay for Pierce to ball him.

Pierce moves on after this to the greenhouse where hunky Brian Thompson is watering the plants. (Brian can be seen to best advantage in “Sailor in the Wild” [see review]) Pierce siphons Brian’s hose. Blake McDonald, a muscular young dude, soon joins them. A highlight of this scene (for Pierce no doubt) is when Blake is giving him head as Brian is tonguing his ass.

Baby bottle-blond Shawn Peters is up in the hayloft with a young—but scruffily bearded—Kip Astor. Kip also has a hairy chest and a not-so hairy crotch. The surprise in this scene is that baby Shawn is the fucker and the older Kip is the fuckee.

We next find ourselves at the chicken coop, which contains a peacock. But there are more interesting pee-cocks belonging to Jesse Kohler and always-ready Brian Thompson. Jesse is very blond—almost albino—with a mustache that is so light it is almost non-existent. Finally we are treated to a scene with two beauties. Jesse sucks Brian off and Brian cums in Jesse’s mouth. Jesse then rims and fucks Brian—or it might be more accurate to say that Brian fucks himself on Jesse’s cock, backing that beautiful butt right back onto it. Later he sits on it to ride-‘em-cowboy. They finish the fuck with Brian lying on his stomach and Jesse lying on top of Brian, fucking in the style of those private boy’s schools that we all wish we had attended.

Having at last had a scene with two beauties we conclude with a scene between two beasties: Jason Steele and J. D. Slater. Both get fucked. In future I will stop the DVD after the Kohler-Thompson scene.)

The film does pretend to have a plot that I have ignored above, but it is very slight and adds only the feeblest of excuses for the scenes. Jason is Bo Somebody that used to write books, but doesn’t any more (like J. D. Salinger). J. D. (Slater that is not Salinger) is a journalist who has finally finagled an interview with the reclusive writer. The others (except for Avery) all work at Jason’s farm—which certainly explains why Jason doesn’t want to leave the ranch. Jason tells J. D. that he stopped writing when he fell off the roof with an erection watching Jesse and Brian with the chickens. (I guess he broke his pen.)

If you are turned on by great-looking guys getting it on with less than average lookers, or are into “daddy’s and sons” then this is a film for you. If you like beautiful guys getting it on with other beautiful guys this film will not be one of your faves. Chances are everyone will enjoy the Pierce-Chris scene, the Pierce-Brian-Blake scene, and certainly the Kohler-Thompson scene. Yet most can be seen to better advantage elsewhere. With five scenes however it does give more bangs for your bucks.
