This review of The Stalker is based on the 2017 feature edition of the movie only. The Stalker was initially made as a six-part PeterFever web series in 2009. The feature edition was edited from the web series into a single movie; however, there are differences between the web series and the feature edition, including an entirely different ending.

The Stalker is an all-male softcore voyeuristic movie with no credited director or writer. The story for The Stalker has an employee at a condo who becomes obsessed with the man staying in unit 407 (Peter Le). The employee starts sneaking into unit 407 trying to get a closer look at the man and his life.

There is a minimal story in The Stalker. The thoughts within the stalker's mind are told to the viewer using intertitles, and the camera serves as the stalker's eyes for the entire movie. There may not be a lot of story to The Stalker; however, the movie does a great job at creating a voyeuristic feel like the viewer is right in the condo with the stalker.

The stalker's face is seen only once during the movie. This reviewer isn't sure if it was intentional or not; either way, the one shot where the stalker's face is seen works perfectly for the movie and gives the movie the feeling of an ending. Whether the image was captured by accident or on purpose, the choice to utilize it for the feature edition ending was an excellent decision.

Peter Le, in the role of the stalked, spends the movie playing to the camera. Peter Le does a good job playing to the camera. He is the only performer in the movie and all the action with him are solo softcore performances. Nonetheless, Peter Le knows how to play to the camera well.

The Stalker is an interesting feature from PeterFever. The movie takes what could have been a short film and manages to expand it well into feature length. The Stalker utilizes good concepts to create a very different movie that is worth watching.

The edition of The Stalker screened is the streaming-only edition available at PeterFever.com. PeterFever has done a nice job with their streaming-only edition of The Stalker. The Stalker was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in high definition. There weren't any noticeable defects in the video quality and the colors in the movie look good. There is a white PeterFever.com bug in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen throughout the movie.

The Stalker is presented with an English Stereo audio track. There is a hiss present in the audio.

The only extra that PeterFever has included for The Stalker is the original 2009 six-part web series The Stalker.

The Stalker is an all-male, solo, softcore feature movie. The 2017 feature edition of The Stalker, which is reviewed here, is edited from the original 2009 PeterFever web series of the same name. The Stalker manages to pull off being an actual feature movie, which holds the viewer's attention, with only one actor in the movie. The Stalker is worth watching. PeterFever has done a nice job with their streaming-only edition of The Stalker on PeterFever.com with good audio and video quality.
