Note: I really doubt this cast list for a few reasons. First, there’s more women in the feature than this, and none of them look like Norma Jeane. Furthermore, as I recall, Norma was a blonde, and two of the three women I don’t readily recognize are redheads and the other has her hair dyed black. For this reason I’m guessing on everybody but Chandler, Ruby, Sydnee, and the guys, as I can readily identify them. According to the story, one of the women is in here twice, but if so she went from a redhead to dyed black hair. If anybody reading this sees any mistakes I made in identifying the performers, please e-mail me .

The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Although this series hasn’t been the most consistent, I’ve been pretty impressed with Ernest Greene behind the camera. I’m looking forward to this one!

Initial Reaction: It’s almost worth beating feet out the door to watch!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good, especially since bondage and fetish features are normally known for having poor technical aspects. The audio here is nicely balanced, and I don’t think I heard a single background noise. The video lacks a little, but is normally pretty well lit. There’s a little grain, but I wouldn’t say that it’s any worse than a VHS transfer.

Music: The music varies from scene to scene. Most of it is soft and romantic, but the balance varies from resting very quietly in the background to overpowering the other audio.

Menus: The main menu is pretty decent. It’s works together a bit of the movie with a little animation and a still. The chapter menu is okay, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature

For a change of location, Ruby sublets a small place from a couple who are going to be gone for the summer. When she shows her lover Chandler the place, Chandler finds somebody’s Spiked Heel Diary. Of course, she can’t resist reading it, and reads the tales to Ruby as they relax on the couch.

Scene 1 - Ceran Morris and a redhead

The first tale is by Ceran, who tells of getting it on with a hot redhead who’s decked out in a sexy dress complete with long black gloves, stockings, and sexy black and clear pumps with an ankle strap. She starts out innocently getting his attention repeatedly, and then taking control and dominating him. She lets him lick her shoes, her feet, and kiss his way up to her thigh . She keeps control through the entire scene, and never lets Ceran lick her anywhere above her thighs, or even whip his unit out before she leaves him.

This is a hot foot fetish scene! The confines of the office space are used very well, and add to some of the tease aspect of the scene. I love the female domination aspect of the scene, and the girl works it amazingly well the entire time. Ceran plays a great sub as well to complete the picture. No, there’s not any actual sex here, yet the scene feels like it goes a bit beyond the normal tease scene. This scene opens the feature very well!

Scene 2 - Sydnee Steele and Goldie

Sydnee and Goldie start out in the bedroom, where Sydnee has Goldie take off her shoes and kiss her feet. She lets Goldie lick her leg and has her rub her nicely natural tits against them before breaking out a pair of high heel, pointed toe, lace-up boots that she has Goldie put on her. Goldie admires Sydnee’s boots with her tongue from the floor before joining her on the bed, where they enjoy each other’s shoes and even grind against each other a little. It ends as the girls grind against each other.

Once again, there isn’t any actual sex as most people think of it, but this scene gets a little closer. The girls grind against each other obviously, and appear to get off on it as well as each other’s shoes. The focus on shoes is still there, however, and it nicely goes beyond the focus of the first scene. This is another impressive foot fetish scene!

Scene 3 - Goldie and Ernest Greene

Ernest starts things out putting a color on Goldie and letting her try to walk around in a pair of high heeled lace up thigh high latex boots. He has her walk back and forth a bit, and after thinking that she’s having too easy of a time of it, puts a book on her head. and has her walk back and forth again . Seeing that she isn’t having any problem yet, and that she’s a bit overdressed, Ernest gets Goldie down to her black seamed stockings, garter belt, and panties, and puts her into a pair of clear and black platforms with an ankle strap. He has her walk around, and once again puts the book on her head when she seems to be getting the hang of it too well. Ernest increases the challenges for Goldie, having her do things such as put a foot up on his knee and kneel down, as well as changing her shoes to things as difficult as a pair of high heels which are so tall that she has to crawl on her hands and knees. Finally, Ernest has Goldie show her appreciation on his leather boots before rewarding her by letting him ride his boots after he tapes a vibrator to the top of his boots.

This is another nicely done scene. It has much more of a tease feel by having Goldie show herself off, but the vibrator at the end is a very nice touch! It lets the scene finish itself up with a more sexual feel, but sadly ends during the action rather than letting it finish with Goldie looking like she has a nice orgasm.

Scene 4 - Ruby and Ceran Morris

After being caught with the diary, Ruby borrows Ceran to add a chapter to it. Ruby decides to leave her shoes on for a little bit so Ceran can work on them and her legs. After a bit she has him lotion up her feet and gives him a footjob while he holds one of her heels in his mouth. She also plays with his nipples using her feet while Ceran strokes himself with the help of her shoe, and lets him fuck her feet as well. Finally she moves over to give him a blowjob, at which point the scene ends.

This is a pretty good scene. Ruby looks like she’s having a lot of fun, and her footjob gives the scene a much more sexual feel. She seems to know how to use her feet and looks like she really enjoys using them. My only complaint here is that the scene looks like there’s still plenty to go and no pop shot.

Scene 5 - Chandler and Norma Jeane

Norma, here a dark brunette ratehr than a redhead, starts out showing Chandler the 8" heels she wore just for her. She has Chandler strip down, at which point you see that Chandler was so new in the industry at this point that she only has a couple tattoos. She has Chandler put on a nice pair of 8" heels which are almost like hers except white. She sucks on Chandler’s heels, leaving a lipstick smudge on them before demanding that Chandler do something nice for her now. She has Chandler lick her shoes so the vinyl will shine and lets Chandler ride her shoe. She has Chandler change her into a pair of red 8" heels the same style as Chandler’s and take as much of her foot as she can into her mouth. They play back and forth with their shoes before Norma has Chandler help her get undressed and they take off each other’s shoes. Finally, they rub their clits with the shoes before the scene fades out.

As usual, this scene has a nice foot and shoe focus. I really like how Norma controls Chandler through the scene, which really built up a lot of heat for me. You can tell that Chandler wants to go far beyond the shoes here, but Norma never lets her. Once again, however, the scene ends feeling like there’s much more to go, which is more than a little annoying.

Spiked Heel Diaries 16 is a great foot, shoe, and leg feature. Each and every scene features plenty of action below the thigh with performers who look like they’re really into it. The diary format of the movie lets the scenes keep a common focus, while easily switching performers and building a little story. My only complaint with the feature is that it feels like it wants to be something more and that the focus of the movie is holding it back. There isn’t a single pop shot in the movie, and there could have easily been at least one. This left me feeling that Ceran wasn’t quite fit to be in front of the camera despite his obvious enjoyment of what he’s doing. The editing of the scenes also gave me this feeling. Most of the scenes feel like they’re moving into actual sex and are cut off when it makes the big move. With the chemistry here I would have loved to have seen most of these scenes move into actual sex and keep a heavy foot focus there! It wouldn’t have had to go through several positions for fifteen minutes, but letting Ruby continue with the blowjob for Ceran and then take it on her feet or shoes would have really helped out that scene. The same can be said for the final scene with Chandler as they moved into what looked like it was going to be sex. With the great chemistry in each of the scenes and the performers looking like they wanted to go there, not showing it held back each of those scenes. In the end, the lack of anything beyond foot, leg, and shoe action holds back Spiked Heel Diaries 16 from becoming a very good, or even a great, movie.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Bizarre DVDs can be found online for between $14 and $28 with most stores offering them for over $20. If you’re a foot freak, this one is well worth your time and money! There’s a great foot, leg, and shoe focus here, as well as decent technical aspects. The only thing that’s missing is some decent extras.

Note to Bizarre Video: A few extras would be nice, and at the very least, a few different trailers!
