This is one of the recent releases of GGG in NTSC (as opposed to PAL) format, playable and available in the US. Previously these films were only available in Europe, but a firm called Black Widow is importing these movies from Germany and releasing them stateside. List price is 39.99 euro (about $50) for these films online through the official site bukkakeshop.com, so they are also relatively pricey.

"GGG" stands for "German Goo Girls" and that is exactly what this series delivers. In GGG films girls are subjected to a monsoon of sperm from every possible angle. Usually, the girl(s) ends up looking like a giant glazed donut by the scene's end. In "Die Spermatologin," the focus is on the oral and facial cumshot; there's also some swallowing here. Usually in GGG films, there is no anal sex, but in this one there is a very good amount. Antje, the beautiful cover girl, seems to love to get fucked in the ass.

The production values of the DVD are not to be compared to a company like Red Light District or Evil Angel. The picture is slightly grainy, and one can tell that Thompson operates on a relatively low budget. GGG films are also comparatively short. This release is a full hour shorter than your average American gonzo flick. Extras are limited to trailers for other GGG releases only, and subtitles for the movie.

Scene 1: Antje + Monika and several guys

Antje is our young, lean, and cute cover girl, with a shaved pussy. The scene starts out with her and Monika in a brief Lesbian coupling. Monika is a larger brunette girl with nice natural tits. Monika eats out Antje and she really seems to be enjoying it. Soon two guys enter and Monika and Antje service them both orally.

Then, Monika magically disappears (typical of GGG) and we get only Antje to finish the scene. She rides a guy in reverse cowgirl vaginal for a while in a chair before they switch to a bed. The guy pauses to rim her a couple times before going into her ass. Anal is pretty rare in GGG films, from what I've seen, but Antje takes it nicely and even gapes a little bit.

Piledriver anal on the bed before four guys appear out of nowhere and blast Antje's cute face with nice loads. Monika is back getting fucked, somehow (nice editing!) and Antje goes over with her sperm-covered face and swaps a little bit with her.

Wait, the scene's not over! Three more guys materialize out of thin air and beat off on Antje, who's holding a black plate. A lot of the sperm lands on her face, but some goes on the plate. Monika is moaning the whole time in the background. Antje slurps up all of the spunk off of the plate.

Scene 2: Lina and four guys

Lina is a pale short-haired brunette girl who teases us a little bit in front of a big display case with a bunch of GGG videos. It must be their office or something. Lina rubs her clit a little bit and spreads her legs. I personally do not find Lina all that attractive. The girls that John Thompson employs are not exactly of the supermodel variety. They are usually not up to the standard of typical young American gonzo starlets. Usually, all of the girls give good performances and love to get sprayed with man-juice, though, so that makes up for a lot.

Lina gets double-dicked by a couple of random-looking hairy guys at either end. She never does anal. The guys fire a couple big loads in her mouth which she dribbles out into her cupped hand and plays with for a while. Two more dicks appear and spray some more. This scene didn't do a whole lot for me on any level, but the ending was enjoyable.

Scene 3: Antje and a gang of guys

Antje is back and looking very cute. I really don't think she looks so hot on the cover of the DVD, but she looks really good in the film itself. Don't let her looks on the cover turn you off, because she loves to fuck on film. Some guys oil up her entire body until she is seriously slippery and glistening, and then bang the crap out of her. Antje does anal again in this scene in reverse cowgirl.

She also does a DP briefly before the guys unload on her face. She gets five or so big loads in her mouth, which she spits up onto a glass coffee table and licks at. I don't think much of it gets swallowed.

Scene 4: Unidentified girl and three guys

One problem with GGG titles is the lack of performer identification. Usually, only the cover girl is given a name, and if there are other girls in the movie, they go unidentified. This girl is a dark-haired beauty and pretty cute for a GGG girl. I wish I could figure out who she was.

Our mystery girl does anal, A2P, and services the guys orally. She also gets a cowgirl DP, during which we rarely see her face. There's some fairly aggressive oral as the guys plunge into her mouth as she gets ass-fucked. Three solid shots to end the scene, and our German Goo Girl is very much glazed. For a GGG film, this one was pretty good. There was lots of anal and Antje was very cute. You just have to know what to expect when you watch one of these. The production values are not great, and everything has a weird German fetish-type feel. The girls and the guys are not all that great-looking but they fuck like animals. I could do without the German phone sex ads on the screen and the crappy music in the background. "The Spermatologist" is definitely one to pick up if you are a big GGG fan, though. Antje looks superb in this one doing all manner of filthy things, so it's a winner in my book.
