Sindee (Aurora Snow) is a freshman at the University of Southern California and she is a Pi Pi sister, mostly because she wants to be a slut in college. However, Sindee is an ambitious slut apparently because as a freshman she is already the social chairman for the Pi Pi sorority. But don't worry, like their State University chapter, the Pi Pi sisters at the University of Southern California's main mission is fucking.

Sindee the Campus Slut is a spin off movie from the Kelly the Coed series and is the first spin off movie to not feature Kelly in it, just the Pi Pi sorority. Herschel Savage returns as Professor Wormer. When last we saw him in Kelly the Coed — Part 11: Daddy's Little Angel, he was Dean Wormer at State University. He now appears to have been demoted down to professor and now be teaching at the University of Southern California. I suspect that was due to his habit of meeting with students in his bedroom, although if that was the case he hasn't learned one bit since Sindee and Buffy (Amythiest) meet with him in his bedroom to talk about their shitty grades. Oh those poor Pi Pi sorority girls and their grade problems.

Jim Powers has put even less effort into this one than his usual low standard. There is no plot to the movie, once Sindee has been properly introduced, the movie just goes into the cheesy set up for each sex scene. The exterior footage was shot at the University of Southern California. The interior footage appears to have been shot on three different sets. Apparently there isn't any more shooting at actual fraternity houses and the set design is lazy and poor. For instance the Delta fraternity has “ΔΔ Fraternity” painted on a wall. If you love the Kelly the Coed series, you will probably get a kick out of this one too. If you find that the Kelly the Coed series insults your intelligence, then give this one a pass.

Heatwave has presented Sindee the Campus Slut in the full screen aspect ratio of approximately 1.33:1. The video presentation looks good. Fans of the movie shouldn't be disappointed. The sex scenes do offer two angles available for those who like that feature. Sindee the Campus Slut is presented with an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track, which sounds fine for the material being presented. Heatwave has included a few extras on the release. There is a feature called a behind the scenes piece, that runs for four-and-a-half minutes and just features Jim Powers talking with East Coast Anthony, one of Jim Powers' B-camera operators, editors, and behind the scenes videographers. There is a photo gallery. There is also a claim of Fallen Angels as enhanced DVD-ROM content, but all they have included is the trailer if you put the disc in your computer.

Sindee the Campus Slut is more of the same from Jim Powers. It is a quickie movie made and rushed out as fast as possible to cash in on the money that is related to Kelly the Coed. Unless you are a big fan of the series, there is no point to watch this. Heatwave has done an acceptable job with the release.
