Overview:

The Shemale Stroker series is transsexual solo-masturbation: the performer appears, usually fully dressed, then takes off some (maybe all) of her clothes, and then strokes to a climax. Each scene ends with a cumshot. Next scene.

I'm not going to get into the background or whys and wherefores of this genre; I've done that in other reviews. It comes down to this: shemale jack-offs are a niche within a niche, and either you like the idea or you don't. If you don't--bail out now.

I've seen a lot of masturbation scenes, both female and shemale. I've never seen a shemale scene that features toys, and among the several different series (e.g. She Male Pistols, Transsexual Jerk-offs, etc) the only big difference between each scene is the physical beauty of the performer. A few of them really do look (at least at a reasonable distance) like appealing women with a dick. Some look like they got their plastic surgery at a discount paint and body center. Some just like guys in drag. A couple look like escapees from Dr. Frankenstein's lab.

I used to be appalled by how few shemales were worth looking at, much less committing to film. But after watching a ton of female-solo scenes, I realized the hit-to-miss ratio wasn't that far off. Now when I look at a DVD like this, I don't expect all the performers to be hot. If I can find one keeper, then I've got a decent DVD. If there are two, I'm happy.Three and I feel like I've struck gold.

Specifics: Seven performers in seven scenes. Each scene runs somewhere between approx 15 to 30 minutes. There's a surprising amount of variation between scenes, considering it's really just a jack-off video; how many different ways can you see a girl stroke her cock? Yet they manage to make each scene a little different.

1. La Cherry Spice is slim with long, limp blonde hair. She starts off in a black patent leather corset and boots, and the scene is her speaking directly to the camera as a dominatrix. Then it segues to a bedroom and her in a red teddy and a rose, and some anal fingerplay. She's billed as being 34C, but has one of the best, most realistic looking boob jobs of the group.
2. Alannah Starr is more voluptuous, with very large, good looking boobs and raven hair. She starts in a blue bikini and heels out on a balcony in the city, adn then finishes up inside a room by the window. While still out on the balcony, she does a little monolog discussing her life as a TS, and an anecdote of a night getting her cock sucked by a straight guy she picked up.
3. Cleo is a very slim, small-breasted performer with stringy dark hair. She shows up in a shite top, thigh-high stockings and a short skirt, and a huge dick.
4. Tyra Scott has the best voice of the group--trannies often get a funky, weird voice which doesn't sound like either a man or a woman, but has enough elements of both to be disturbing. If I only heard Tyra on the telephone, I'd swear she was all woman. Tyra also a pretty face, but is slim and small breasted and when she takes the nightgown off, tends to look like more like a guy in drag. Tyra also does a short monlog and tells an anecdote about an experience with a guy.
5. Carla Bruni is a busty blonde, though they're obviously fake. Her scene looks like a music video, with strong color, a music bed, and a dance. Carla doesn't talk much, but does a strip and then settles on a couch. What makes her scene truly unique is her dildo, which she uses in her ass as she strokes. It's the only scene on this DVD that includes a toy.
6. Collette is another slim blonde, again with a better than average voice, though she doesn't talk much. She begins dressed in a simple top and short skirt, and (with an annoying porn-music background) brings herself off on a sofa.
7. Prue ends the tape, a dirty blonde with big boobs and a pretty face. She begins with a photo shoot shot through guaze, so the images look a bit like the old Bob Guccione stuff from Penthouse in the 80s. No music, but an annoying ready-beep from the studio strobes, which to me sounds like life support in the Intensive Care ward at a hospital. I keep waiting for someone to call Code Blue. Anyway, after a strip and posing, Prue strips and gets down to business on the old sheet-covered sofa. All the scenes end with a cumshot, but while Prue's is the hamster-pop of the bunch (not more than a pearl), the orgasm itself seems the most realistically intense of the bunch.

Production values: varies from scene to scene. None of them are going to win cinematography awards, but they're good enough. Even though I was a little put off by the soft focus on some, trannies usually don't bear close scrutiny and are best photographed at a bit of a distance. Still--the camera is almost always where I want it to be, the scenes are shot gonzo-style but the movement isn't wild enough to be annoying, and all-in-all I was satisfied with the results.

Final verdict: I particularly liked Alannah and Prue, and that makes it a keeper. It's not classic, but it has enough that I found it worthwhile.
