Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are very deliberate and well done. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice anything close to a background noise. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and shows some very definite care as it moves from a black and white opening into full color. The picture is clear with a very still camera, and the lighting is dark with an obvious sense of intent and style.

The Movie:
Sexual Bliss brings together four scenes focusing on couples sex and a heavy artistic style.

What You Need to Know:
Sexual Bliss is an artistic porno release that gets a little too heavy on the artistic style. I'll readily admit that I love artistic porn when it's well done, but here the style just doesn't do much for me. The chemistry in each scene is pretty good, but at the same time the action is very slow, limited, and constantly broken up by the camera fading in and out between every shot in already low lit circumstances. It's also held back by the only sounds in the movie being heavy breathing and music. I'm not sure there's even anything as much as moans, let along an actual work being uttered. That said, the cast (who seem to have a fair amount of oil and water sprayed on them before each scene) is very easy on the eyes and appears to be all natural. This is one of those releases that seems like it would make an absolutely killer photo spread in a magazine, but here the style completely killed the movie for me and made every minute seem like an eternity. Sexual Bliss has a very nice looking cast and a definite sense of style, but it's so heavy on the artistic style that it killed the overall movie for me.

This is a definite case of style and art over sexuality, and it sadly kills the movie. Skip it.

Note to Sinful XXX:
It's great to see you doing something other than the same old same old that everybody else is churning out, but I hope you can tweak it enough that it works better than it did here.
