Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are pretty decent for this type of movie. The audio has some background noises, but they're never out of line and the audio is pretty clear. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks good. There's some definite shadows and camera motion, but that's part of the reality of shooting a movie like this (especially five or six years ago).
Watermark Warning:
I don't know of anyone who likes watermarks, but if a studio feels it's what they must do to protect themselves I'm not going to slam them because of it. Here Culioneros uses a medium large and noticeable watermark that rests in the lower right corner. It's not horrible to put out of one's mind as it is stationary, but it is a bit bright and definitely does stand out much more than I like. As far as watermarks go, this one isn't among the best out there. What's far worse is Culioneros scrolling a message of "CULIONEROS.COM EXCLUSIVE VIDEO" across the screen in the middle of the scenes! If that's not bad enough, there's also a Culioneros voiceover during the action in one of the scenes to distract from it even more! It's the viewing equivalence of going out to eat and finding a pubic hair in your food followed by the scab of a genital wart. I've hated BangBros.com doing this with a passion, and it's all the worse here as they can't seem to figure out how big to make the letters and sometimes it gets really large. Both the scrolling text and the voiceovers are beyond distracting and seems beyond uncalled for to the point that I think whoever came up with this dumbass idea should have their groin used as target practice by every Futbol team out there, as well as by America football kickers and anyone wearing steel toed boots. I'm deducting a full point from the overall score because of this.

Laura and Kyra do a decent job in their scenes as well, but overall they're pretty average as far as the action goes.
The only things that are really memorable about this release is the negatives. The guy behind the camera is plenty annoying, and had me wanting to mute the sound so I wouldn't have to hear him. He captures the action decently, but he seems to have a hard time remembering that he's not the focus on the scene. The other problem is the watermarks and voiceovers. I didn't notice them in the first scene, and I think the voiceover was only there for one scene, but it was definitely enough to ruin the movie for me. The action here is decent, not great, and although I was hoping it wouldn't happen with Culioneros being associated with BangBros.com (especially seeing how old these scenes were!), I wasn't overly surprised when the watermarks and voiceovers did happen. The watermark that goes through the screen in Laura's scene is fucking huge and doesn't even all fit on the screen at the same time! Anissa's is a fraction of the size, but still plenty annoying especially when it's followed by a voiceover later in the scene. In all seriousness, if the pirates want to take down all the BangBros lines, at this point I really don't give a shit and a part of me is actually rooting for them. It's that annoying to me. Without this bullshit this might have been a mid-range rental, but as is Sexo En Publico 13 can be skipped without missing too much.
