Initial Reaction: It's a pretty good release that shows some very nice overall effort and plenty of variety.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is well balanced, but there are a few minor background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks pretty good. It's sometimes a little overly soft, but the lighting is well done and the camera work is smooth.

Music: There's a little music to start out each of the scenes, but that's about it. In each case it's well balanced.

Menus: The main menu is a bit generic, and just puts a clip from the movie behind a still and the choices. The chapter menu is extremely generic, and just lets you choose a scene based on a small clip from each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

Sex Hospital 3 keeps things pretty simple. Each scene revolves around a European honey going in to the doctor or a guy going in for a checkup with the nurse. Naturally each scene then turns to sex.

Scene 1 Veronica and a guy

Sex Hospital 3 is a pretty good fuck flick. The setups are simple, but work well for the hospital theme of the movie. The girls are also good looking, and there's a very nice variety to their looks. The sex also has a nice variety bringing in a bit of foot fetish and a couple anal scenes, while sadly avoiding a group or lesbian scene. There's nothing overly special about Sex Hospital 3, but there's enough solid sex, beautiful girls, and variety that if you're looking for a porno with a hospital theme that it should scratch your itch nicely.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for XXX Teens, Gent, Just 18, and Swank XXX. The photo gallery lasts about five and a quarter minutes with about five seconds per decent looking snapshot. There's also a behind the scenes featurette, a casting featurette, and commercials.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts just over twenty five minutes. Veronica starts things out in the makeup chair before posing for a few stills and shooting her scene. There's even a little time with her and her man chatting between shoots. Mischel is next, who chats a little while posing for her stills before moving on to the hardcore stills with a bit of play mixed in. This is a pretty good behind the scenes featurette. With the language barrier some of it is hard to understand and because of it the featurette focuses wisely on eye candy. You can see a little of the scenes being set up with the stills, and also get a bit of personality from Veronica and Mischel. This is a decent featurette, especially when one factors in the language barrier.

The casting featurette lasts just over a half hour. Kathia starts things out talking about her age and what she likes sexually before showing off for the cameraman while giving him plenty of smiles. Currently, many of Swank's DVDs can be found online for between about $16 and $25 with very few stores offering them for under $20. If you want Eurobabes and a medical theme, this one might be worth the money. The sex is good, but not outstanding, and does mix things up nicely. The technical aspects are pretty good and there's some nice effort put into the extras. This is a good movie on a DVD that shows some very nice effort.

Note to Swank Digital: It's great that you list the girls by scene at the end of the movie, but it's always nice to give credit where it's due so in the future please list the guys as well.
