The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Pat Myne has really impressed me as a director. I’m looking forward to this one!

Initial Reaction: It’s not quite as good as some of Pat’s recent stuff, but it still has some nice action.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting straightforward gonzo or a prostitution theme

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a nasty or anal emphasis

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is clear, but there are a few balance problems and background noises. The video is pretty average. There’s a little grain, a few lighting inconsistencies, and a few shadows, but it’s never so much to completely interfere with the action. It also mixes monochrome (including a bit with a night vision look) and full color footage to give the feature a bit of an artistic feel.

Music: Unlike most of Pat Myne’s movies, this one actually has some music. It’s your typical porno music, but kept at a very nice level in the background.

False Advertising: The cover states featuring 7 of the hottest runaway street whores!. Now I can be pretty certain that all the girls in here aren’t runaway street whores, but that’s not my complaint. My bigger complaint is that there’s only six girls in the movie! As good as it is that Metro’s either hiring from inner city schools or hiring retired shop teachers who’s phantom fingers return for counting now and then, this makes it sound like there’s more to the feature than what there is. As much as I like Pat Myne’s movies, to be fair I have to deduct a half point from the overall score because of this.

Menus: The menus are pretty average. The main menu combines a still with some minor background animation. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

Pat Myne’s back, and keeping things fairly simple. This time he seeks out “runaway teen prostitutes. He has them show off for him a bit before he has his friends fuck them while he watches with his camera or fucks them himself.

Scene 1 - Ashley Long, Jay Ashley, and Pat Myne

Pat starts things out finding runaway hooker Ashley Long in a back alley. She takes Pat back to the area she normally takes her clients and shows off her great natural body before letting Pat play with her a little. Finally, Pat gives her a card with a time and place for her to be to make some real money. She shows up and shows off a bit more for Pat before Jay shows up and they get down to business. Ashley sucks Jay while Pat works her over orally from behind. Pat takes Ashley straight to the A before letting her suck his cock clean while Jay takes his turn. The guys team up on Ashley’s holes before double teaming her cunt as well as doubling up on her ass in both cowgirls. Finally the guys pop in and around Ashley’s mouth.

This is a great scene to start things out with, and the best scene in the movie. Ashley puts out a lot of energy and doesn’t hold back on the nastiness. The guys keep a bit of a dark feel to the scene by reminding Ashley that she’s a dirty whore, and although this normally doesn’t do much for me Ashley was hot enough here that I didn’t care. This is an extremely hot and nasty way to start things out.

Scene 2 - Gia and Trevor Zen

Gia starts things out showing off for Pat, including showing off her naturally blonde bush and letting him spank her great ass, before bringing Trevor in to service her while he watches. Gia quickly gets down to taste Trevor’s cock before letting Trevor fuck her from behind. She moves on to let him nail her missionary style as well as riding him cowgirl style to show off her great ass. Finally Gia takes Trevor’s testicle treats in her mouth before letting them slide out over her chin with a smile and a little laugh.

This is another nicely done scene. Gia’s cute, has a nicely natural body, and puts some nice energy into the scene with Trevor. Although Trevor sometimes looks like he’s overdoing things, Gia always seems grounded and delivers a nicely believable scene. This scene isn’t perfect, but it’s still very good.

Scene 3 - Vanessa Rubec and Pat Myne

Pat finds eighteen year old Vanessa hanging out on a playground after she runs away. She doesn’t have anywhere to go, so Pay offers to give her some money if she’d give him a show and come over to his house for a little personal attention. Pat gives her a complete oral working over before letting her return the favor with a hummer. Vanessa climbs up to ride Pat before turning around and letting him fuck each of her holes from behind. She also takes a bit of reverse cowgirl anal before finishing things up with a facial.

This is an okay scene, and I’m kind of torn on it. Vanessa puts in some nice energy and has good chemistry with Pat, but something about it just didn’t work for me. I know that some of it is that I just didn’t find her that attractive, but something else bugged me about the scene that I just can’t put my finger on.

Scene 4 - Claire and Sharon Wild

After finding Claire in a back alley, Pat brings her back to his place. When he finds out that she’ll do anything for chocolate, he leaves her for a moment and heads off to get a big box of it (no, that doesn’t mean he gets somebody like Adina Jewel or Lex). The next thing you know, Claire’s showing off and getting it on with beautiful blonde Sharon Wild on the couch. Sharon works Claire over with her tongue and fingers before fucking Claire with a dildo while licking her ass. Claire returns the favor by licking Sharon before fucking her with a toy. Finally, the girls end things with an playful kiss.

This is a nicely done scene. I love seeing one beautiful woman licking another beautiful woman’s ass, and there was plenty of that to keep my going here. Claire and Sharon also look like they’re having quite a bit of fun. They never go over the top, and Sharon doesn’t seem nearly as dominant as she often gets. She’s in control, but not over the top. This is a good scene.

Scene 5 - Fiona Cheeks and Christopher Streams

Finally, Fiona gets it on with cameraman extraordinare Christopher. She sucks his cock in the alley before they take her to the bedroom and throw her on the bed. Fiona continues to show off her oral skills before diddling herself and letting Chris work on her bald beaver with his tongue and fingers. This is another pretty good scene. I really don’t care for Fiona’s look, and she often has a bit of attitude that comes out that doesn’t do much for me. She puts some nice energy in here, and Chris does a very respectable job as the stud. This is a decent scene to finish things with, and I’m sure that quite a few people will enjoy it more than I did due to my not really caring for Fiona.

Runaway Teens is a pretty good fuck flick. I know that it won’t appeal to many people out there due to the prostitution theme, and especially a prostitution theme combined with using young women. That said, Pat plays it pretty well. I was chuckling at some of his lead-ins, and others just seemed pretty good. You can see some of Pat’s artistic eye developing here, and I really liked how he mixed things up with the monochrome images in his camera work. The sex varies a bit, but after how strong Ashley Long started things out I think it’s tough to not be a little disappointed by the end of the movie. Ashley’s scene is right up there with some of the stuff Pat’s been doing for the current FusXion line, while the rest of the movie seems to be right in line with Metro’s Amazing line. Runaway Teens is a respectable fuck movie.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Metro’s DVDs can be found online for between $12 and $25 with most stores offering them for around $20. I’d either rent this one first or aim low. It’s pretty good, but not nearly as good as Pat Myne’s recent movies. The technical aspects are pretty average, and there isn’t much special about the extras.

Note to Metro Interactive: It’s nice to see you keeping movies like this priced so that some stores can make them very affordable.
