As technology has evolved and gotten cheaper, it has made it easier and more feasible for performers to create professional-looking short films on their own. The performers that are benefiting the most from this evolution in technology are solo performers. Gone are the days where they are stuck with cam shows only. Now they can produce short films for their fans with a scenario for purchase.

This is the case with solo performer Korina Kova and her short film Robo Mom: A Stepfamily Service Modification. Korina Kova is the writer, director, and star of Robo Mom, with a cameo by Bianca LaBeauté. Robo Mom is a featurette-style POV short film that contains a decent plotted set-up and then is followed by the extended sex scene.

The story for Robo Mom is that a frustrated step-son gets fed up with his step-mother (Korina Kova) not seeing to his needs. He contacts Stepfamily Services Laboratory, that sends his step-mother an odd necklace. Upon putting on the jewelry, she is under the control of Stepfamily Services Laboratory, who brings her in for modification to become a mommy fuckbot.

For viewers who aren't familiar with her, Korina Kova is a solo performer who uses a prosthetic penis in place of a male co-star in her movies. Depending on what you, the viewer, are looking for, her style of movie may appeal to you or not. Korina Kova plays beautifully to the camera in Robo Mom. Korina Kova is excellent at seducing the camera, and she shows off her skills throughout the short film.

Korina Kova gives a convincing performance as the robotic step-mother after her reprogramming has happened. This is one of the few times when stating that a performer's performance was robotic isn't a bad comment. She is also clearly having a good time when getting herself off for the viewer.

For the most part, the CGI used in the short film looks good. There are a few instances where the CGI looks cheesy and weak; however, those are few and far between.

Robo Mom is a hard short film to rate. There will be some viewers who will love the short film and others that will be very disappointed.

The edition of Robo Mom: A Stepfamily Service Modification screened is the streaming and download edition available on Adult Time.

Korina Kova Films has done an excellent job with their streaming and download edition of Robo Mom. Robo Mom was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 1080p. The picture quality is flawless with a crisp and beautiful image with vibrant colors. There is a Korina Kova Films bug in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen throughout the short film.

Robo Mom is presented with an AAC MPEG Stereo audio track. The audio is well-done. There is a slight shift in tone when two different audio tracks are switched at various places within the short film. Other than the tone shift, no issues with the sound quality were noted. The dialog is clear and easy to understand at all times.

Korina Kova Films hasn't included any extras for their streaming and download edition of Robo Mom.

Robo Mom: A Stepfamily Service Modification is an interesting POV short film from solo performer Korina Kova. Korina Kova has developed an interesting story that allows her to do what she does best, which is perform to the camera for her fans. If you are a fan of Korina Kova and her style of short film, you will love this one. Korina Kova Films has done a great job with their streaming and download edition of Robo Mom on Adult Time with great sound and picture quality.
