I'm on a Rayveness kick these days and I figured this was a good place to check in on the Road Queen series. Road Queen is Deauxma, driving a pink 49 Mercury hot rod, and that's about all I know about it. As with many Girlfriends Films series, this is a porno soap opera-- there's a story line that you can follow if you're interested, or you can skip right to the sex.

There are four scenes with seven performers: Rayveness appears twice. Each scene is girl- girl lesbian. Only Deauxma's scene with Dana DeArmond includes toys (in the form of a strap- on). Scenes are a nice mix, and it's always fun to see how Girlfriends Films tries to break up the monotony of two-girl scenes. So you get big fake tits (Deauxma), big naturals (Rayveness), medium and small boobs, plus an assortment of blondes and brunette. Everyone's white in this one--no ethnic minorities.

Extras are the standard fare from GF: a decent photo gallery, trailers for other films in the series, and a link to the website. No BTS stuff on this one.

Production values are at the usual high GF standards. The video is crisp and clean and the camera work is excellent. There's no annoying music (if you don't count the theme song), and the DVD was laid out thoughtfully, with plenty of chapter stops so you can quickly find what you're looking for. It's very well made from one end to the other.

Since I don't pay attention to the story lines, I can't really address how the plot is; I think it's safe to say that if you liked previous Road Queen stories, you're apt to like this one. As far as the sex: it's pure Girlfriends Films fare. If you like GF (and I do, very much), then it's a winner. If you prefer lesbo flicks with more toys, more over-the-top screaming and carrying on, you should look elsewhere.
