It's a really good thing that I watched later volumes of Hustler's Real College Girls series before I went back and bought the debut volume.  Not only is this first video knee-deep in bullshit, but Hustler ought to fire the copywriter who came up with the sophomoric boxcover copy.  Since most of the girls in this video are known porn stars, not amateurs or newcomers, the "real" claim just rubs the wrong way.  On one hand, we want to believe that these are actual college chicks who have never done porn before.  On the other, we're bombarded with bullshit, obviously scripted dialogue, and porn star-like performances.

RCG #1 started the series format of having a non-sex hostess wander the college campuses (Cal State LA, Cal State Northridge, LA Valley College, Pierce College, and University of Southern California in this video) looking for a girl who supposedly answered a classified ad for modeling.  Once they meet up, there's a bit of fabricated dialogue, the display of a college ID that may or may not be authentic, and then the girls go to a shooting location for the sex.  For the most part, I think it's a waste of time, especially to hear stilted dialogue and awkward silence.

There are a few consistent themes throughout the video.  First, most of the girls are not who they say they are.  "Maria" is actually the porn star "Ice," "Josie" is a pre-boob job Catalina, "Valerie Cruz" is Melissa Milano, and August is supposed to be "Valerie's" boss.  Second, none of the girls are all that attractive to me--from Ice's angular face to Catalina's bulging eyes, I found them all to be fairly average to below average lookers and none whom I would call "cute."

Then there's the sex--pretty vanilla, poorly lit, and no anal except for Catalina's scene (and that scene does not highlight her superslut skills at all).  For those that care, two of the four boy-girl scenes use condoms.  And for those who care about the guys, it says something when Mickey G. looks like a hunk compared to the rest of the men.  I especially dug the steroid-enhanced guy with the mullet -- they should put him in the anti-drug ads for a real impact on our youth. :-)

On the plus side, it's nice to see that all of the girls have natural, pert breasts.  And although the Melissa-August lesbo scene is not the most exciting girl-girl scene, it is probably the best scene.  There's something cool about seeing two Latino girls eating each other out, and the "boss-worker" fantasy is a turn-on, even if it is bullshit.

Still, if I had seen RCG #1 first, I doubt I would have picked up any others.  There's nothing in this one that demands renting it, let alone buying it.  Save your money and pick up one of the more believable installments of the series or embrace the BS and stick with Clive McLean's much better Barely Legal series.  The scenarios may be completely made up, but at least Barely Legal doesn't pretend that it's real and the sex is a lot hotter.
