Initial Expectations: It's been a long time since I've watched one of Mick Blue's movies, but I remember him doing a nice job. Of course, a cast that looks as great as this isn't going to hurt anything either.

Initial Reaction: It's just as good as I hoped it would be with this cast.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a fair amount of variety or more than just one-on-on boy – girl sex

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks okay. There are a few shadows, which is to be expected with outdoor scenes, and the camera work is pretty smooth. The problem here was that there was a fair amount of pixelation and the lines often came off looking a little muddy due to the brightly colored outfits. This isn't a bad looking movie, but there's just enough that jumps out to bring it down a couple notches.

Music: The only music in the movie is during the tease openings, where it's the only audio. It has a harder porno feeling, and more than anything just helps to break the tease segments apart from the rest of the scene.

Menus: The main menu works together a clip from the movie with the boxcover still for a pretty good first impression. The chapter menu nicely lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene, a scene number, and the name of the lady in it.

The Feature

The Ready Wet Go series keeps things pretty simple. Each scene starts with a beautiful woman teasing the camera with the help of plenty of baby oil before she moves on to take on a guy. Yes, it's a pretty standard all-sex formula, but with beautiful women it can work.

Scene 1 – Gianna Michaels and Jay Romer

Scene 3 – Brianna Love and Mark Wood

This is a hot scene, but a few more seconds would have made it end much better.

Scene 5 – Diana Doll and Mick Blue

This is a very good scene to close the movie with.

Ready Wet Go 5 is a well done all sex release. Mick Blue does a very nice job paying attention to the tease factor to set up each scene, and he never seems to forget about capturing the beauty of the performers when they more on to having a partner. In addition to having well done camera work, there's also some very nice chemistry throughout the movie. The performers are all a bit vocal, but never seem to overdo it, and they all put out some nice energy. Each scene make it seem like the performers are urging each other on a little, and it gives some of the scenes a touch of intensity that works because of how into each other all of the performers look to be. Best of all, the movie is extremely consistent. Alexis Texas' scene came in at the bottom for me, but that's just because her scene felt like it should have lasted another five or ten seconds to wrap things up after the pop rather than going to the black screen in the middle of the pop shot. My only other complaint about the movie is that the scenes start to run together with how focused the scenes are, but with a movie like this that isn't exactly surprising and there is a bit of an effort to mix things up a little with the two anal scenes early in the movie. If you want gorgeous women showing off their bodies and hot passionate sex, Ready Wet Go 5 should be well worth checking out.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for Big Loves, Cum to Momma, Filthy 2, Head Case 2, and Real Racks 3. The photo gallery lasts five and three quarter minutes with about seven seconds per very nice looking snapshot or full screen photo. There's also cumshot recaps and a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts eighteen and a half minutes. Britney starts out showing off a few outfits for Mick and chatting about sex with him and Tony the BTS camera dude. She continues to chat with Tony the BTS dude outside about sex and hobbies, as well as in the makeup chair. He also chats with Gianna as she sits in the makeup chair as well as checking things out with Mick as he gets outfits ready for the girls. Things move back to Gianna, who's sporting a massive whale tail, as well as plenty of eye candy as she strips down. There's even a little crew titty time before going back to Gianna getting oiled up before the scene. This is a limited but nicely done behind the scenes featurette. I would have liked more than just two girls here, but Tony does a very nice job behind the camera keeping things fun and brings some nice personality out of the girls. This is the best I've seen Britney Stevens look (which doesn't seem overly easy to do from some of the other behind the scenes featurettes I've seen), while Gianna lets out plenty of personality as well (which does seem easy to do but is always welcome to see). This is a nice addition to the overall DVD.

Currently, many of 3rd Degree's DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with several stores offering them for under $20. If you want passionate sex with plenty of teasing, this one's going to be well worth the money. The sex is passionate and well captured and there's plenty of focus put on the tease in each scene. The technical aspects are good but not great due to the video not looking as sharp as it seems it should, but the extras show some decent effort. This is a nicely done DVD.
