Initial Expectations: I’m really not sure what to expect here, but I always hold a little hope for squirting movies.

Initial Reaction: It’s fun, but the squirting aspect normally looks faked.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a light and fun porno with some squirting action

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting nastier sex with squirting involved or girls who are obviously real squirters

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and very nicely balanced. The video has some very slight grain, but is nicely lit with few shadows to interfere with the action. The technical aspects are very impressive here, and if this is typical for Coast to Coast I’m surprised they haven’t gotten a little attention for them yet.

Music: The music has a variety of styles, including classical piano, big band, and even cheesy porno music that works well in some scenes and interferes with others. In each case, it rises and falls in volume throughout the scenes and nicely stands out from most of the other music in adult films today.

Menus: The main menu is simple, but has a little animation that helps it give a pretty good first impression. The chapter menu is pretty standard, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature: Rainwoman 17 borderlines on a vignette styled movie. What there is of a story revolves around a bracelet as it’s passed down from mother to daughter from the 1920s up to today. Each woman treasures it as it allows its bearer to have fantastic squirting orgasms.

Jasmine Klein (I think) starts things off in 1925 with Joel Lawrence after he steals a bracelet for her. She frees his trouser-snake and then attacks it orally while giving Joel some great eyes. Joel works Jasmine over with his tongue and fingers in return before fucking her missionary style. Jasmine has a squirting orgasm as Joel fucks her from behind, and soon after cums on her bum. It’s a pretty good scene with nice chemistry, but something seemed just a little off to me. I can’t nail down what it is, but I think the camera work might have been just a little off at times.

Things cut ahead to 1940s LA with Lee Stone and Tommi Rose, who looks absolutely gorgeous here! They celebrate Tommi getting the bracelet from her mother with drinks and of course, sex. Lee tactfully tongues Tommi’s twat before she sucks his scholong and slides her snatch around it. She rides Lee cowgirl style as well as letting him fuck her missionary style until she squirts. Finally, Tommi finishes things up with a nice facial. It’s another pretty good scene, but this time the camera work held it back for me. Once the fucking started, you never got to really see Tommi’s face and the penetration at the same time. There were scenes where you almost could, but something was always in the way to block her face. It’s too bad because it’s a hot scene now and could have been much better with a couple other camera angles.

Kimi Lixx shows off the bracelet to Evan Stone in 1968 Berkeley while telling him about the curse on the bracelet. Evan catches on pretty quickly that Kimi, who looks as cute as she always does, wants to have sex, and dives between her thighs. Kimi reciprocates nicely before riding Evan reverse cowgirl style and letting him bone her missionary style. Once again, missionary seems to be the trick to get the girl to have a very water-like looking squirt before they get a facial. It’s another good scene that’s held back by the camera work.

Valley girls Breena and Sabrina Love-Cox get busy in 1982 San Francisco in the penultimate scene. Breena quickly goes down and sucks on Sabrina’s pierced hood before climbing up to ride her face. Breena is also repaid with the help of Sabrina’s strap-on before Sabrina gets a little vibe action that makes her squirt and brings the scene to a close with some kissing. It’s another good scene with nice chemistry. The girls really get into each other very well, and make this one of the best scenes in the movie.

Finally, Randy Spears gives Alex Foxe the bracelet in present day. Alex wants to sell it, but Randy persuades her to fuck him so that she can really know what the bracelet can do. Randy eats Alex on his desk and then sits back in his chair and lets Alex sucks his cock while baa-ing and proclaiming that he’s a horny old goat. As usual, they fuck reverse cowgirl and missionary style before Alex gushes and Randy gives her a facial. Although I’m unconvinced for the squirt, the sex here is excellent and has some of the best chemistry and energy in the movie. There’s no doubt that Alex is really into it, and she gives the end of the movie a great final impression.

Rainwoman 17 is a pretty good porno. The story isn’t great, but it does work great to provide some fun lead-ins for the scenes. The sex is pretty good, and has nice chemistry and energy in almost every scene. The biggest weakness in every scene is the squirting aspect. I rarely even questioned whether the squirting was real or not. Yes, each scene included women gushing, but it looked like they were just filled up with water before squirting due to the camera angles and editing around them. That’s not to say that Rainwoman 17 is worthless if you’re a fan of squirting women, as it isn’t presented too badly, but I’m sure many squirting fans have seen better elsewhere.

Extras: The photo gallery lasts about a minute with four seconds per average looking photo. In an annoying touch, the gallery keeps running until you hit the menu button rather than going back to the main menu when it finishes. There’s also boxcovers for several other movies and a ten minute behind the scenes featurette. The behind the scenes concentrates mostly on the antics of Evan Stone and Jim Enright, which means there’s plenty of humor packed into ten minutes. You also get to see a bit of Jim Enright and Will Divide working with the cast and some of the movie being shot. Oddly, however, the behind the scenes featurette seems to be for the shooting of Rainwoman 15 and Rainwoman 16 rather than Rainwoman 17. I’ll admit that it makes me want to watch the other movies, but I would have much rather seen a behind the scenes featurette for the movie that’s on this DVD.

Overall: Currently, Rainwoman 17 can be found online for between $5 and $24 with most stores offering it around $15. At the low end this is a no-brainer, and I’d even suggest it if you’re tempted at the $15 range. The movie’s fun and has some nice sex. The transfer is very good and there’s even a decent featurette in the extras.

Note to Coast to Coast: You’re doing a great job on your transfer. Now if you could just improve your extras people might take a little more notice of you.
