Initial Expectations: Michael Raven has a great eye, and Puritan Video Magazine 27 was okay, so I have some decent expectations for another decent all sex feature.

Initial Reaction: It’s better than Puritan Video Magazine 27 and has some extremely hot sex.

Who Should Watch It : Fans of anybody in the cast and people who want hot sex without worrying about things like acting and plots.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody looking for plot.

Audio /Video Quality: Both the audio and video quality are pretty good. The audio is normally clear and well balanced but there is a little bit where it’s hard to hear and echoes slightly. The video has nicely balanced colors and slight grain. There’s also a little pixelation in places. Some scenes take place in low lit situations, but the lighting seems very real.

Music: The music varies from scene to scene. For the most part, it’s very nice and rests quietly in the background. There are times when I couldn’t even hear it. In each case, the music fits the scene great.

Menus: The menus are animated slightly and include clips from the feature. The chapter menu is a little weird. It’s circular and you don’t get much of a view to tell what scene you’re choosing.

Disc Problems & Complaints: As with Puritan Video Magazine 27 , the feature is split into two titles. It switches from one title to the next between Maya Divine’s scene and Dayton Raines’s scene. If you want to scan backwards beyond the title break, you can’t.

False Advertising: The cover claims there’s behind the scenes footage but I couldn’t find any sign of it on the DVD.

The Feature: In most of his recent movies, Michael Raven has shown he knows how to make an all around great adult film. There’s normally a well done plot with great acting to go with some above average sex. Here, he doesn’t worry about the first two and concentrates instead on the sex. The closest you’re going to get to a plot here is when April walks out of a building and sees Chris Cannon and Nick East waiting for her out back. For the sex, he’s gathered some mighty hot ladies, such as April, Maya (now Wendy) Divine, and Bridgette Kerkove. Sometimes they do a nice little strip and sometimes they just get right to the sex.

April, one of the all time cutest porn stars ever, starts things off by coming out into a back alley and finding Nick East and Chris Cannon waiting for her. They quickly help her strip down after a little groping and Nick eats her pussy and ass while Chris goes after her nipples and gets a little oral love. Chris and Nick each take their turn fucking her, with April normally sucking off the other. April finishes things off by taking both pops in her mouth and on her face. Maybe it’s the angle of the cameras, but I didn’t see any anal penetration.

If you’re looking for something for a good wank, this is one heck of a good place to look.

Overall: Currently, Puritan Video Magazine 25 can be found online for between $13 and $25 with a couple stores offering it for under $17. If you’re looking for hot sex, this is the DVD to get. The girls are all good looking and the entire cast is into it. The transfer is a little better than average but the extras are lacking. Sadly, there are things advertised on the cover, such as behind the scenes footage, that aren’t on the DVD.

Note to Puritan: Please don’t claim to have things on your DVDs that aren’t there. There wasn’t any behind the scenes footage and the back alley scene didn’t have any noticeable anal. I deducted a half point from the overall rating because of this.
