The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear, but there are a few minor background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. It's a bit on the soft side, but it's well lit and has a smooth hand on the camera.

Sexually the movie works well, but the chemistry never seems overly hot and the scenes were held back slightly due to choppier editing that never showed position changes. This always gives a less smooth scene for me and it held the movie back for me because of it. It also seemed a bit noticeable to me due to the very short running time for the movie, and obviously each scene as well. I did really like the camera work, including how Brother Love worked in some solid POV shots during each scene. I also liked how the pop shots had a nice mix of locations including a pair of creampies, which I know many couples enjoy due to it being more natural for them compared to facials or seeing how much a guy can cover a girl's tits. Pure MILF 10 is a good MILF release, but due to some choppy editing and a shorter running time it's hard to think of it as being worth more than just a rental.
The Extras:
As usual with Web to DVD releases there's not much here for extras. You get a “Pick Your Pleasure option as well as a photo gallery lasting just over five minutes.

Note to Pure Passion:
I know it's not really false advertising, but in the future please don't airbrush out features on your stars that you think people might not like. Amber Cox looks very nice on the cover, but to airbrush out her tattoos and pierced nipples really does misrepresent how she looks in the movie.
