Audio /Video Quality:
As usual with Swank Digital's releases, the technical aspects are a little hit or miss. The audio is pretty clear and decently balanced, and although it's nothing special it also isn't too bad when one factors in the age of the scenes. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and is also a bit hit or miss. The camera work is pretty steady and decently lit, but there are areas which seem extremely soft with the final scene being the worst offender.

False Advertising:
As usual with Swank Digital's releases, the back cover lists Behind the Scenes being among the extras although none exists on the DVD. This kind of false advertising is nothing new for Swank, and as it makes the movie deliberately appear to be a fresh release rather than the compilation it really is I'm deducting a full point from the overall score.

The Movie:
 Pure Anal 13 collects four scenes from the mid 2000's featuring European talent and anal sex.

Scene 1 – Roxy Panther and Nick Lang

Scene 2 – Lucy Love and Choky Ice

What You Need to Know:

Pure Anal 13 is an anal sex compilation I want to like but just can't get too excited about. That might be different if I hadn't already seen three of the four scenes here in previous Swank and Erotic Planet releases over the last year or so. Miranda's scene is the only scene that was new to me, and in all honesty I'm surprised I haven't seen it on another Swank release before now as she does a great job taking on the two cocks. Luba and Roxy's scenes are also very solid, but Petrushka's scene left me underwhelmed and I couldn't see spending the time to watch it yet again. Pure Anal 13 has some decent anal action, but it's very hard for me to recommend anything more than a rental on this one with scenes this old which have already appeared on so many other releases by Swank Digital and all of DDF's other labels.

The Extras:
 As usual with Swank Digital, all you get are a few trailers and a photo gallery lasting about a minute and three quarters.

 None

Final Thoughts:
 It's a low level rental at best.

Note to Swank Digital:
 There's nothing wrong with a compilation if it's done honestly. Hiding it like you do here, as well as repeating so many scenes so closely together is not the right and honest way to do it.
