Initial Expectations: Fairly high. There’s a lot of talent in the cast and Gregory Dark can be very original.

Initial Reaction: It’s very original and very hot.

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is very clear and very well balanced throughout the movie. The video varies somewhat. A lot of the movie has a very slight grain and there are some spots with a little soft focus blur. A lot of it appears to be intentional, as there are some tricks played with the video in the movie.

Music: The music is very unique and dark. It fits the mystery and the darkness beautifully.

Review: A little while ago Brittany Spears dropped Gregory Dark as a director of her music videos because she found out that he used to do porn. We can be thankful that she never watched Psycho Sexuals 2 or she probably would have put a contract out on him. Gregory Dark has long been known for doing extremely creative and unique pornos and this is no exception.

Psycho Sexuals 2 follows Jake Steed as he walks around. Wherever he goes he ends up either having sex or watching others have sex. Hey, it’s a porno! It would have sucked if wherever he went people started playing Dominoes. In between each scene there are snippets of the scene, Jake in a black leather mask, and other short scenes that flash by like an old lady’s quarters at a slot machine. The sex is normally very hot and pushes a few limits some. Much of the movie has a half gonzo style as Jake is rarely seen. Every now and then a little bit is seen, but it isn’t often.

The first scene has Jake following Alexandra Nice down a hallway. He’s drawn along by the sight of her ass and I can’t say I blame him. For a little while I thought with the way he was following that ass it might be sonic. He’s interrupted by Rod, who chases him off while commenting on his screwed up face. Alexandra’s ass draws him back and he peeps into their apartment where Alexandra proceeds to strip for him and tease him. If only my apartment in college was like this! Before long, they’re at it and Rod joins in slightly later. There’s a lot of spitting, quite a bit of anal, and some foot worship in the scene. It’s one of the nastiest scenes I can think of as an opening scene, but that isn’t such a bad thing here. It’s hot although the editing brought it down a little for me. It took until about the end of the scene when Jake hangs his rubber on her feet to get used to some of the pace and editing of the scene.

Next, Inari takes Jake back to her place to apologize to him for bumping into him on the street. She also teases him for a little while before they move on to the main event. This scene is pretty tame at first, but then they move from the living room to the kitchen and the food comes out. The heat goes way up and the scene gets a lot more unique. It’s not often that you see porn stars get too dirty, even when they’re playing with food. Inari and Jake really caked it on (pun intended) before they started at it again. This time Jake pops open Inari’s mouth and hangs his used rubber out of it rather than just toss it on her. It’s a very hot scene and it lets you know that if you didn’t like either of these scenes you better stop now.

Jake watches India and Solveigh while stroking it in the next scene. I don’t blame him as they work each other over quite well. After a little while he can’t resist and he joins in. It’s not quite as hot as the first two and is one of the tamest scenes in the movie. I don’t find many black women attractive, so I’m not the best person to judge this scene. If you really enjoy black women I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

Jamaica does a short tease next. It’s very good but I was really kind of bummed when it ended as just a tease. She’s a very attractive black lady and I would have like to have seen how hard she can go at it.

Jake picks up Chandler while driving around as the wind blows her dress up and around. It’s a great tease and I don’t blame him for trying to get a little pink while driving down the road. Chandler stops him but then agrees after he reminds her about picking her up. They stop later and get busy in a stairwell. Chandler does a great job and the camera crew deserves a lot of credit in this scene. Chandler has a large scar on one of her legs but it’s barely noticeable. It caught my eye and one point early in the scene so I was trying to look for it later in the scene. It was barely shown but the heat stayed up there. It’s a very hot scene and could not have been easy to film.

Finally, Jake watches as Shelby Mine places a call to a friend of hers on the phone. She wants her friend to come over and puts the call on speaker for a little more enticement. Shayla is over and they proceed to put a double headed dildo to very good use. I’m assuming that Pat Myne was the friend as he shows up a little later. I know that if somebody that looks as good as Shelby does here called me like this I’d be hightailing it over to where ever they were. I just hope that they’re in driving distance because plane tickets get awfully expensive with that short of notice. Anyway, Pat joins in like any good male porn star would and proceeds to fuck them both, even giving both of Shelby’s holes a workout. He finished things off by cumming in his rubber and then squeezing it out on Shelby. It’s a different way to end things and I’m not sure if I really like it or not.

The sex in Psycho Sexuals 2 isn’t your standard porno sex. It pushes the limits and uses many little used things such as food. It also makes the condoms a part of the scene as Jake feels the need to hang his on some part of the girl after he finishes them off. I would have expected this to be used for a few more internal cum shots, but it isn’t really done here. The condom is removed and then hung on the girl after he sprays them down. It’s a little twisted, but that’s some of the mind of Gregory Dark. You don’t expect cookie cutter porno from him.

Psycho Sexuals 2 was my first Gregory Dark movie that I know of and it definitely isn’t going to be the last. After watching it I can see how he’s moved into music videos. I couldn’t help but think of some of the current MTV style throughout the movie. There’s a lot of tricks played with the video that make it feel very unique. In that way it’s very similar to John Leslie’s Fresh Meat 1: A Ghost Story . You never really know what to expect, and that’s a nice change from the usual porno of today.

Extras: The automated slide show lasts about two minutes with about six seconds per picture. They’re all full screen and very clear. The bios include a few stats and a link to the scene for Alexandra Nice, Inari Vachs, Chandler, Shayla LaVeaux, and Shelby Mine. There isn’t a lot there, but it’s better than a lot of other bios out there. There’s also NuTech’s trailer selection. You can choose either the R - rated or X - rated trailer for A Peek of Pandora, Promises - Collector’s Edition , Sensual Experience, Coming To Beverly Hills, Coming To Beverly Hills Too, The Price of An Education, and Sex, Lies, and the President . Overall: Currently, Psycho Sexuals 2 can be found online for between $11.50 and $23.50 with several stores offering it for under $15. If you’re looking for something different from the normal cookie cutter porn that’s so prevalent today, pick it up. The sex is varied and very hot. The transfer is very good but there aren’t many extras.

Note to NuTech: For a Platinum Club Release this seems a little short on extras. I always think of Platinum, Collector’s Edition, or other premium type releases should complete with the other top of the line DVDs out there, such as Wicked, VCA, or Evil Angel. Although both the transfer and movie are great, it still seems to be lacking somewhat. I thank you for pricing this so that many retailers can sell it for the low price I would normally put towards a DVD with this little extra material on it.
