The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Private, the technical aspects show a lot of effort. The audio is clear and shows some good care, but there is quite a bit of it that's dubbed. Due to Private's international focus, that shouldn't be much of a surprise to anybody and it's much better to see that it's well done than the weak and method it used to have. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. It's clear and well lit with a smooth hand and eye behind the camera.

Music: The music has a very eerie feeling that's not unusual for a fetish release. It stays quietly in the background for the most part, and disappears before the sex begins in each scene.

Private Fetish 5: Booted Sexy Bitches is a decent fuck flick. The plot has a touch of darkness which fits the typical fetish movie, but the story never drew me in and often left me feeling like this would have been a much better movie if it had been done in a vignette style rather than trying to work it into a lighter feature. There's some good sexual performances with plenty of well done anal action, but the scenes also fell a little short for a couple reasons. The first reason was that as a fan of anal cream pies, neither of the anal cream pies gave me a reason to believe they were authentic due to the amount of editing cuts around them as well as what the white fluid that flowed from each of the asses looked like. The second, and bigger reason, was that as a foot freak with a passion for boots, there never seemed to be that much attention given to the boots the girls wore. There seemed to be as much attention given to the girls worshiping the guys boots, which were almost always combat or biker boots, as there was the boots the girls wore, which had a bit more variety. Yes, the anal sex was very well done throughout the movie, but this was a movie where the boots seemed like they were supposed to be the main draw for the movie and not the anal sex. You also get a bit of Sarah and Ellen posing for stills and shooting their scenes. This is an okay featurette. I can understand only having music for the audio due to the language barriers around the scene, but it also holds the featurette back quite a bit. This is an okay featurette that only adds a little to the overall release.

The bonus scene comes from Pirate Fetish Machine 32: Anal Motor Bitches. Currently, many Private DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with many stores offering them for under $20. Aim for the low end on this one unless you're more about anal action than boots. The movie isn't bad, but it often seems to think that it's more about anal sex than boots and there seems to be more attention given to the girls worshiping male boots than there is attention for their boots. The technical aspects are very well done and there's some nice effort put into the extras that help out the overall DVD, but this one never quite reached my hopes. This isn't a bad DVD, but I couldn't help but hope for more than what was delivered here.

Note to Private: I know it's been a while since I checked out a Private release, but it's nice to see you continuing to put such nice effort into your overall DVDs. I hope in the future when you do a release around a fetish you focus more on it than the anal sex.
