Private Black Label 16: Santo Domingo Connection Review

This is the sister movie to Indiana Mack 1, shot at the same time in the Dominican Republic (and at baseball talent hotbed San Pedro de Macoris, not at Santo Domingo, according to the report!). Some of the same cast reappears, and a few other performers were on hand that aren't in either movie, but shot additional scenes for the Private XXX series (Sharon Bright, for example).

This one has a flimsy plot that works well enough as an excuse for the action. Handsome Csoky Ice is a Budapest-based documentary film maker, and his partner Dina Pearl arrives at their studio with the good news that their company has been commissioned to shoot a study of the Dominican Republic. Csoky and Dina celebrate by fucking on the console, after he slips a new tape into the player. So in the background are scenes from another Private movie, and we see the superhot Anita Black fooling around with Nick Lang, who actually appears in this movie (editing slip?).

Csoky is a young, buff guy who works constantly in Europe. He's a welcome change from trolls such as Jean-Pierre Armand. Csoky seems to really turn women on, and that includes Dina, who has a nice tight, tanned body with slighly inflated breasts. She has a strange black/blonde mixed effect in her hair (a bit like what Terri Nunn of Berlin used to do), and wears just the right amount of makeup. I mention that because she is often in charge of applying makeup on Kovi's sets, though I never saw a complete credits list on this production.

Dina, not to be confused with Dina Jewel, can fuck a bit too, but is quite restrained in this scene, though she is having fun with Csoky. I suppose the cramped environment contributed to her not getting too wild, even while taking some mish anal.

As the story jumps ahead, Csoky and Dina arrive at the airport in Santo Domingo, and are observed by Leslie Taylor and his sidekick Maria. Csoky and Dina then arrive at a lovely beachside hotel.

Meanwhile, Nick Lang (who stars in the Indiana Mack series, and is in countless Euro flicks) looks at the newspaper, before a pan away reveals Sheila Scott fellating him. The two share a scene in Indiana Mack 1, and obviously enjoy working together. Sheila is making the rounds these days, she's in several Christoph Clark movies such as Euro Hardball 12, and works with John Leslie in Fresh Meat 10. She's a sultry brunette with bedroom eyes and a tight, slender body (and a nasty right shoulder tattoo that is mostly obscured here). Nick decides that Sheila deserves more of his attention than the paper, so they quickly move on to vaginal intercourse (I've never seen her do anal)which is energetic in several positions, though these are more about gymnastics and contortion than about passion and heat. Sheila is the prettiest here that I have seen.

Leslie phones Nick, his boss, to report his sighting of Csoky, and especially Dina. Leslie follows the couple as they try to shoot photos on the beach, before they realize it is too late in the day for the proper lighting. So Csoky heads off one way, while Dina goes for a walk the other. Csoky runs into Monica Moore and Judith Sheumo topless sunbathing. Since he's handsome, they agree to fool around with him. Both ladies are rather generic blondes with nice bodies. Monica has a naturally angry look on her face, she's at her best with a good director who allows her to show off her animal carnality (for example, Clark in Euro Hardball 12). Here, Monica just blends into the scenery, getting fucked a bit, then helping out as Judith gets analled. At one point the camera looks up at Judith, and her bolt-on scars are painfully evident.

Meanwhile, Dina has made her way to a pier, and here Leslie kidnaps her and brings her out to his boss' yacht, where Nick and Maria are waiting. After a short questioning, it becomes clear to everyone that Dina is NOT the rich heiress the guys planned to hold for ransome. Nick is almost as handsome as Csoky, so Dina suggests that a little sex might be just the thing to overcome the embarassment over the mis- identification. Dina is much better here than in the first scene, she sucks and fucks both guys with enthusiasm, and shows off her body in several postions. Maria joins in, she's a cute but plain, slender brunette veteran of various Private movies. After a bit, she gets DPed, and by the time the guys cum, everyone's had fun.

Csoky wanders around town, filming local people and sights. In one building, he encounters Sheila and Gili Sky having a lesbo session. Both have nice bodies and pretty faces, but are generic Euro chicks, and wear ugly dark brown wigs too. They lick and poke each other, and csoky never joins in, making for a boring scene.

Leslie drops Dina off back at the pier with apologies (nice criminal!), and she reunites with Csoky outside the hotel. They then have a long, passionate scene on the beach. Kovi seems, from what I have seen, to be at his best filming beach scenes. Csoky and Dina take their time with each other, and have fun. Her browneye is really cute when shown for a moment, and eventually they lie in the surf as that hole gets aggressively stuffed in spoon.

Santo Domingo Connection ends with Csoky and Dina back at their studio, watching footage of themselves fuck on the beach. That's the end to an insignificant but fun little movie. This is a good couples introduction to Private, nothing is too hardcore or intense, the locations and performers are pretty, everyone has fun. If you enjoy the Pierre Woodman epics that Kovi imitates, you might find this a bit disappointing, but if you approach with modest expectations, you'll find them met.

The DVD is completed by an ok photo book, a none too impressive trailer, a good report (on the production of this and of Indiana Mack 1), cast notes, production notes, and five trailers for other Private titles.
