The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are fairly hit or miss. The audio is clear and well balanced, but there are a couple minor background noises that pop up. The video is presented in the full frame format, and shows a bit more variety. The lighting is all over the place, and varies enough that I guess all I can really say to be happy about it is that it's even within each scene. There's a touch of pixelation here and there, and there's also a fair amount of camera motion even for POV porn. The audio's pretty good, but the video definitely interfered with the action for me.

Music: There's a touch of music here and there, but barely enough to mention.

Menus: The main menu is okay, and blends a few stills, a little animation, and a fun style for a decent first impression. The chapter menu is nicely done and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the girl(s) in it. There's also a “Pick Your Pleasure” menu in the extras that lets you go to specific sex acts.

The Feature

A mysterious man in a suit and tie with white gloves, a black mask, and glasses, introduces the movie, letting you know that it's about creating fantasy, and that the fantasies here are going to involve all five of your senses. Scene 1 – Amy Ried and Brother Love

Scene 2 – Rayveness and Brother Love

This scene started slow and quickly picked up speed. The opening is a bit long, and the artistic stylings held it back a bit for me. Brother Love plays his part as the halfway confused delivery guy who realizes just how lucky he is very well, and also helps the scene work. In the end, my only complaints are that the scene is once again on the dark side and that you didn't get to really see Rayveness swallow the cum. Even with that complaint, this is a pretty good scene.

Scene 3 – Tia Tanaka and Brother Love

Scene 4 – Jasmine Byrne and Brother Love

I can handle a bit here and there, but it seemed like a quarter of the scene was Brother Love begging Jasmine to punch his balls when she really didn't want to. Those things are nicely on display as well, but the amount of ball busting overshadowed it and left this scene hovering around the low side of the average mark once again.

POV Fantasy 6 is a movie that I want to really like, but I just can't get too wild about. I'm not a big fan of POV action, but Brother Love puts in some nice effort to try to make this more than your typical POV porn movie. The setups for the scenes are all unique, and he goes through a little effort to set them up rather than just seeing how fast he can get his cock in the girl's mouth. For that reason, I really want to like this movie. Unfortunately, there's enough weaknesses to the movie that I just can't get too excited. To start with, the sex is extremely repetitive, with almost every scene in the movie having the girls start out in the cowgirls, move through doggie, and finish in missionary. The lighting also held the scenes back, as it's all over the place for the movie. Some scenes are well lit, some are slightly over lit, and some are dark without reason. The camera work also has a fair amount of motion, which I guess is to be expected with a movie like this but the few other POV movies I've watched recently never came close to this amount of motion. The other major limitation here is the view of the camera. It's often too tight for my tastes, and often feels just like somebody's swinging the gyno-cam around. This weakness drew me to Brother Love also seeming a touch too vocal, and really made the movie drag on for me. There is some nice enthusiasm through the cast, but with everything else about the movie holding it back I had trouble even getting into Jasmine Byrne sucking cock, and she was doing a damn good job of it! I really want to like POV Fantasy 6, but there's enough that didn't work for me throughout it that I just can't care too much about it.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts about five and a quarter minutes with about five seconds per pixelated snapshot. Trailers are included for Crush and Dark Angels 2 before the main menu and POV Fantasy 5 and POV Fantasy 4 in the extras, which seems a bit odd since if you skip past the trailers at the start you have to restart the DVD if you want to see them later. There's also weblinks, a bonus scene, a behind the scenes featurette, and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about seventeen and a half minutes. A very cold Amy starts things out warming herself up and chatting with an obviously black guy about how she got into the business and sex as he appears to read the questions from cue cards. Amy does warm up over time, but I would have much rather had her time broken up among some of the other girls. It's an okay behind the scenes featurette, but very limited.

The setups are okay but drag on, and the camera work holds back the sex. The technical aspects are a bit weak, but there is a bit of effort put into the extras. This is an okay DVD.

Note to New Sensations: It's great to see you trying to do something different from the standard POV movie, but a little more consistency would be very nice.
