The technical aspects are very weak. The audio is okay with a decent balance and no noticeable background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and is definitely weak. The lighting isn't bad, but there's a lot of very noticeable pixelation and camera motion that really interferes with the movie. Normally Roman Videos have pretty good camera work, but you wouldn't know it by this one.

POV Cuckold 4 is quite possibly the worst release I've seen from Roman Video, and I found myself repeatedly watching the clock to see how much longer I had to be punished watching it. To start with, the camera work is easily the worst I think I've seen in any of Roman Video's movies, with a fair amount of very noticeable pixelation along with plenty of camera motion. As usual with this series, the cream pies are obviously faked, and there isn't much for chemistry. The thing that killed this one more than anything for me is the overall format and editing. The “Aleksa returns to her other lover” segment looks to be just cutting room floor footage that wasn't used early that was edited together with the help of a Japanese hibachi chef that couldn't cut it at that job either, and there's several places in the overall movie where some of the footage looks to be used at least twice. To add to the mayhem, it's obvious that there's only one guy in the entire movie which makes the cuckold / other lover thing more than confusing and helps to turn POV Cuckold 4 into an even bigger clusterfuck (and not in the good and hot gangbang type of way). POV Cuckold 4 is an out and out dud that should be passed by by even the most hardcore fans of cuckold porn, POV porn, and Aleksa Nicole.
