PORN ACADEMY: Class Of 2002

First off, I actually got this film because I read Joe Shaver's review. I'd seen the movie in All Worlds' catalogue but it really didn't interest me that all that much. Or, should I say, it didn't look like it would interest me all that much. The sets seemed like they would be cheesy and the story seemed like more of a comedy and it all seemed pretty basic. And guess what? All of that is true! Except maybe the last part.... But I completely LOVED this film! It reminds me a bit of those late night infomercials that they feed you. $29.95 and you can order an impoverished child from Sally Struthers! It's so like that! Only, the product here is a Porn Academy that everyone covets to attend! The intro shows us a field of young militant recruits that are chanting in Army-esque fashion about how they want to be a porn star. It's kind of eerie but it was humorous nonetheless.

I totally love the confessional parts where each student says something to upsell the Academy. Andy Hunter's lines are HILARIOUS. He's the typical rebel and totally has me rolling on the floor. "The way I see it...they should be lucky to have me." His character proves to be my favorite. Director Bud Light does a stellar job with the cast. Even the way Danny Lopez flubs his lines totally looks intentional. Each actor's eye work has me totally believing everything they say is for the sake of the Academy and isn't really expressing their true emotions.

The gist of the program, is to represent each class that each student has to attend. They basically take classses on everything from Blowjobs to Orgies. Headmaster Jeremy (yes...Straight Porn Star Ron Jeremy) tells them about how they have to work their asses off in order to go to the coveted "VHS". His monologue here is classic!

Sex classes actually start in the office of a Mrs. Chi Chi LaRue. She's sat each of the pupils down with a dildo on the desk of each student and has ordered the instruction of the perfect porn blowjob. Chi Chi is funny anyway and her demonstration of how blowjobs are supposed to be done is a MUST SEE! Every porn director needs to take lessons from this scene. The others prove to be masters at working Court's hole but soon learn who the real teacher is when they are shown a demonstration by Chad himself. The confessionals after this scene are cute. I totally cannot say enough about the script itself. I mean, the angles in the sex are HOT but the script is CLASSIC COMEDY!

When Tino Lopez asks straight boy why he skipped top class, Jason declares that he's majoring in autoerotica. He's merely there to get himself off. I felt like this was the weakest scene in the film, but then, solo scenes are always difficult to shoot. Jason walks up to a mirror in the dorm and begins to jack off to his image. I really liked the making out with himself, though, as the camera work made it almost look like he was kissing his twin. His cum shot was hot as well. This wasn't a bad scene but it wasn't as hot as the others. It's definately not worth taking out though...I love this movie!

Oh My God! ok this scene is the hottest one of them all! Ok, so now it's time for bottom class. heh Taught by Mr. Blake Harper who is OH SO fine! There's even this point where the bottoms (Danny Lopez & Court Logan) are facing each other whilst the tops go at it. I really loved the incorporation of the positions. It totally fit together perfectly. They all end up jacking off on the table and earning their final grade!

It ended up, that Porn Academy was a LOT better than I'd anticipated. But then, I had high expectations so I have no idea what I thought. I just know that I loved the movie and would even have loved it had it not have had any sex in it! The fact that sex was there just made it all the better! If I had any vice, it would have to lie with the solo scene but then, that's so short and not really worthy of a gripe so maybe, the fact that you haven't already BOUGHT it! Go get it! You'll definately be waiting for the number to call and get admitted at the end...(too bad it's just All Worlds Video's number to order...)

To say this rocked would be an understatement!
